“I ordered a chair cover not even realising it was coming from down under! It fits beautifully and looks just as good. When ordered it said 4-5 weeks delivery and so it turned out so absolutely no complaints there either. All in all a very pleasing result.”

“I ordered a set of white leather armrest covers for my white Omnia sofa. The customer support help at Comfort Works was exceptional. I was able to email the measurements, which were checked and rechecked by Comfort Works to ensure the best possible fit. Delivery was surprisingly quick (to Florida, USA), it took 5 weeks from my initial inquiry to receipt of covers. The covers look lovely, well made and the leather very soft, indeed. I recommend Comfort Works highly.”

“The couch cover was a little pricey but well worth it! Looks just even better than the original upholstery and is easier to clean. I got the heavy duty fabric and dirt and mud wiped off easily even on my green couch. I opted for the same color piping which also gives the couch a nice touch”

“I love Comfort Works! Just bought my 3rd cover for a new Ikea Strandmon chair in Rouge Turquoise velvet. It is divine! There was a mixup on the fabric for a custom pillow cover to go with it but as always customer service was ace and a replacement is on its way Stat. Between Bemz and Comfort Works I prefer Comfort Works because of their great service.”

“Customer service for Comfort Works is the best! I had a small error with my order but the chat customer service feature was FAST and EASY. It was truly effortless to receive help from Sarah, and my order was fixed ASAP. The slipcover fits like a glove and I LOVE the variety of colors and fabrics (way more exciting than what IKEA offers). My sofa has a new look, more life, and a new slipcover has saved me money in the long run.”
