“Customer service for Comfort Works is the best! I had a small error with my order but the chat customer service feature was FAST and EASY. It was truly effortless to receive help from Sarah, and my order was fixed ASAP. The slipcover fits like a glove and I LOVE the variety of colors and fabrics (way more exciting than what IKEA offers). My sofa has a new look, more life, and a new slipcover has saved me money in the long run.”

“I ordered a slipcover for my sister's couch as her birthday present. It was an Ikea couch but with add-on headrests, so the slipcovers were both custom made and from a template. The whole process was fast and easy and the slipcovers came out beautifully. I really have to commend the Comfort Works staff, Rashi in particular, for their amazing customer service, attention to detail, and for taking such pride in their workmanship and quality. I would definitely order from them again, thank you Comfort Works!!”

“We ordered IKEA sofa cover with velvet fabric. We received the cover after about 3 weeks and it's perfectly fit our Kivik sofa. We are very satisfied with their work so we will order arm chair cover next time!”

“We are super pleased with our custom fit sofa cover as well as the Ikea Stockholm cover, they fit perfectly! The whole process was very detailed and simply done with lots of cross checking for the custom fit. An amazing and excellent service by everyone we dealt with - and finally a super fast delivery.”

“A couch I got from my family was in desperate need for a new slip cover. I contacted Comfort Works and ordered a cover for my Pottery Barn couch. However when it arrived it did not fit my couch. The couch was old and designs change. I reconnected with Comfort Works and they were wonderful. They gave me instructions on how to properly measure my couch, including videos. I measured and sent them the new measurements. They sent me a new cover which fits beautifully. They were patient, responsive, nice, and now my couch looks like new. My advice is to ask them to send you the measurement chart. I would use them again.”

“I was very pleased with my sofa covers! The actually fit better than the original Pottery Barn covers, and at half the price! All my emails were responded to timely and my order was even expedited to arrive before my Thanksgiving guest! Couldn’t be happy! Thanks Ladies!”

“I had 2 custom covers made for my IKEA couch and chair. They arrived faster than I expected and the quality was way beyond what I expected! These covers are so well made and the attention to detail is amazing! I worked closely with the staff at Comfort Works and they were so easy to communicate with despite the large time difference. I would recommend Comfort Works over and over again.”
