“The service was fast and friendly! They worked with me to ensure I got the right slip covers for my sofa. Shipping was fast and trackable through FedEx. When the slip covers arrived I was so pleasantly surprised! They fit perfectly and they are well made. Fabric is high quality too. I would definitely buy from again!!!”

“DO NOT BUY 1 YEAR LATER WE HAVE RUINED SOFA WAIT TO REVIEW THIS COMPANY I ordered my covers in March 2020 and they arrived a month later. At first we were happy but then we noticed sections of the sofa had faded - we live in London and it had only been a year of owning the covers which we bought in grey. I emailed them and they said the fabrics were not tested against light and the fading is not covered by the warranty and would offer me 15% off to buy more covers. The fading was very dramatic and i have never experienced a fabric fading so fast. No other sofa we have had has done this neither has any other furniture in the living room. We have offered to send this faulty product back for a full refunded as a product that cannot be near any sun included the limited sun we get in london is not worth the cost as the sofa looks awful”

Hi Annajane, We are sorry to know that you are unhappy with your slipcovers. While we cannot account for your other furniture (which aren't from Comfort Works), we do stand by our products and are always ready to rectify any manufacturing/workmanship errors present via replacements FOC. However, the fading in this case was caused by poor placement of the furniture in harsh direct sunlight and UV exposure- none of which are manufacturing defects nor covered by our warranty as we have no control over these circumstances. The discount offered to you is in good faith and we sincerely regret that this was not agreeable to you. In any case, our agent will be in contact with you and we hope to reach an amicable solution. “Customer service helped me positively identify the couch model and size for an accurate order. Delivered 5-weeks after order from Aus to US. Fit surprisingly perfect with no issues. Refit an IKEA Norsborg 5-seat sectional.”

“We have an older Pottery Barn sectional couch. Much to our dismay we discovered Pottery Barn was no longer making replacement slip covers for this model. Happily we discovered Comfort Works. They provided a terrific set of slipcovers that fit perfectly and at a very reasonable price. We're planning on ordering a second set in a different color just so we can swap out the look in our family room occasionally.”

“Where do I start? Customer service is great, any questions you have they will respond very quickly. Ordering online was a breeze, as was finding the right Ikea couch and arm chairs I needed for new covers. The choices available (piping or no piping, pleats or no pleats) was easy to navigate, as were the colors and material. Shipping was a bit later than promised, but we're talking Covid and pandemic, so it was expected and wasn't going to interfere with life for the sake of a week or so, I mean, c'mon...not a problem at all. But the MOST important thing in my mind is: what was the finished product like, what was the quality like? And OMG, I was literally stunned by the quality!!! First of all, it came extremely well packaged and inside the shipping box, very neatly packed in a clean, white, cloth type bag with red ribbon were my covers, along with a note personally addressed to me - a very nice touch!! I could not wait to strip the old covers off and can't express the pure joy I had putting on the new covers! They are VERY VERY well made! They were EXACTLY what I ordered! They were softer than I expected, which was a nice surprise and the workmanship on the covers was FLAWLESS!!! And the fit was great!! Wow, they are just perfect :) Not only do they look fantastic on my Ikea Ektorp sofa and armchairs, they were easier to put on the the ones that came with the furniture and to be honest, in my opinion, MUCH better quality!!! Thank you so much Comfort Works!! I really want to order covers for my Ikea dining chairs to match the couch and armchair covers (next purchase for sure) and I plan on ordering a red cover for my couch in time for Christmas!! I am in love with your shop - keep up the great work!! I will definitely be back, you have earned yourself a repeat customer and I will be singing your praises to everyone I know :) I'm including a few photos, I know the covers are a bit wrinkled, but I took the pictures as soon as I got them on...the wrinkles will settle down in a few days, so I'm not worried!!”

“Great customer service. I waited several weeks but did t hear back. Somehow my order got lost but when I contacted them, they responded and worked to amend the situation immediately. The order was made, shipped and arrived quickly thereafter. Product feels high quality and well made. Happy with the order!”

“I love it!!!! I purchased a cover in classic velvet indigo for my PB Comfort Sofa. It was easier to put on than my old Pottery Barn covers, fits perfectly, and looks amazing. So soft and comfy that my kids are begging to spend the night on the couch!”

“The quality for this “handmade” product is no where near is good as IKEA. Unfortunately I won’t be able to use mine because I ordered the wrong size. They have a no refund/no exchange/ we don’t care how much you paid for this product “return policy.” I won’t ever buy from here again nor would I recommend it. That’s based off the amount of money this “small family” owned company charged for a sofa cover whose quality isn’t better than IKEA. They did tell me that it was a bummer that I ordered the wrong product and told me that I was stuck with something useless because they won’t eat the cost. They didn’t ask if O would have offered to at least pay for shipping to get it replaced. Nope. They did tell me that I could buy another one from them. I’ll buy a new couch before I give them anything other than this review.”

Hey Sharhonda. Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you've got the covers for the wrong sofa model. Unfortunately, we don't accept returns as the slipcovers are made to order and it's extremely difficult to resell them to another customer. We had hoped that you would be willing to accept our generous solution to get the correct set of slipcovers, but since this was not acceptable to you, we do hope you'll be able to find an alternative way to solve your slipcovers woes. “We are so very happy with our new slip cover on our chaise lounge we purchased several years ago from Ikea! First, we ordered samples, and then we picked our favorite fabric. The slip cover is absolutely beautiful and fit the chaise lounge perfectly! We love it!”

“I moved last October with pretty much no furniture. My Sister-in-law gave me an Ikea chair but the slipcover wasn't in the best of shape so I found Comfort Works. It is an excellent company to deal with and my new slipcover is gorgeous! I will be buying a matching sofa from Ikea soon and will be ordering a slipcover for that. Can't say enough good things about this company!!”
