“From order to delivery (from the other side of the world) took less than half the 4 weeks stated so was very fast and efficient. The item I ordered is of very high quality. Only reason it's not 5/5 on this review is that the colour doesn't seem to be the exact shade I ordered, but is similar enough for me to like it!”

“Very fast from ordering to delivery at our door in New Jersey. If there is anything then I would just say it was hard to see the colors on the website and find one that exactly matches what we had already from Ikea. If possible maybe show the IKEA name if the color which matches comfort works color. Ours ended up being slightly different but yet still a beautiful color and well made.”

“We ordered a new cover for a very old shabby Ikea Lillberg sofa. We love the sofa as it fits perfectly in a bay window in our home office. However, Ikea no longer make the covers and we though we were going to have to get rid of it until Comfort Works provided us with the perfect solution. The quality of the cover and the correspondance with Comfort Work was excellent. We even received it before the predicted delivery time. We were particularly happy with the degree of personalisation which we were able to have on the cover design (e.g. we opted for contrasting blue herringbone piping and it looks brilliant!). I think the quality of the cover is even better than the original we had and it has brought this piece of furniture back to life.”

“I needed to replace the covers of 3 Ikea pieces of furniture (due to stains and age). It was very difficult finding a place that sold replacements. My online experience, follow up emails, and emails alerting me to the progress of my order were always a wonderful professional experience. To top it all off, the replacement covers were a much better quality and feel than the originals. Chuck is a warm professional who made my shopping experience amazing. Continued success.
