“Living in France I was sceptical about having covers made for my sofa in Australia. How wrong was I? From my first exchange to fitting them on, everything went perfectly. Thanks for your reactive and excellent client service, for the refund of the samples ordered, for the possibility to track my package and for giving life back to my 17-year-old sofa. Amazing quality and handiwork++ I highly recommended you to all.”

“Excellent customer service and prompt communication. When the original fabric was delayed, assisted with alternative fabric to meet a time deadline. Outstanding product! Fit is snug, fabric is excellent quality and very soft, detailing and seaming is perfect. Highly recommend.”

“I'd ideally like to give Comfort Works 3.5 out of 5, but I'm giving it 4 because their customer service is quite good and I really like the look of the covers I bought for my Ikea Friheten sofa. The problems were with the assembly. First off, the covers should come with detailed instructions and should include all the tools necessary. Second, a lot of the pieces only have Velcro but actually need to be stapled or screwed in. Once I remove the covers, I will likely not be able to use them again or alternate between my original covers and these new ones, as these will have been ruined from screws or my own staples. So, as much as I like the final look of the covers, I'm not sure they're worth the hefty price tag given the assembly is not made easy or actually made perfectly to fit the couch. I also had an issue with delivery and timing - I placed my order about a month before Christmas, but because they didn't have the right fabric, I didn't receive it until mid January - so maybe that also tainted my experience. All that being said, the couch now looks great.”

“My sectional sofa from IKEA was discontinued and I had no way to buy a cover for it! Then I discovered Comfort Works! Thank to Chuck for me customize by Removing pleats for contemporary look:) Great communication and help through whole process! Free shipping was such a gift!”

“I was looking for a new cover for my discontinued Ikea sofa bed and no one seemed to make a standard cover - expensive custom covering seemed to be the only way to go - until I found Comfort Works. I requested a few swatches to choose my colour and material and then put in my order - no complicated measuring on my end at all! The covers arrived sooner than anticipated, fit very well and they even gave me some complimentary pillow covers to go with it! Thank you, Comfort Works!”

“I'm a very happy customer - I was able to achieve a look I had always hoped for, a beautiful bright yellow couch with white piping - by covering my 2 seater Stocksund sofa with Comfort Works' custom cover. It holds up beautifully to regular wear, gives my home a unique and colourful look, and has made an inexpensive Ikea sofa something truly special. I am now planning a few more projects with Comfort Works and would recommend their services to anyone looking at updating their sofas/armchairs or simply adding some colour into their home!”

Their service was very efficient - much quicker than I expected - my queries were dealt with immediately and everything was very friendly and professional. “We ordered a green velvet cover for our old Ektorp Sofa and a slipcover for the Jennylund Chair. They are simply stunning and the color is so beautiful (much nicer than on the fotos). I love the quality of the fabric - the covers were a bit narrow (as are the ones from Ikea) and fit perfectly. I was really pleased how fast the items got shipped from Hong Kong - We ordered on Dec. 31st and obtained them on Jan. 13th! Chuck was delightful and helped us with all our "stupid" questions - the whole transaction was very pleasant. The covers came very well packed (No creases!!!!). I would recommend this company and their products to everybody who needs new covers for their furniture. High Quality for a reasonable prize, that is something you do not get easily these days! Thank you!”
