I've had to replace the pot every year or so there's been no improvement in the pots from year to year they always Crack in the same place in the same way. I do not think anything has been done to improve this problem. Comfortable has been good about sending a replacement, but when my warranty runs out I think I will be left with the problem. I've had different problems with this stove since have owned it every year. Comfortable has been good about helping me getting the problems figured out.

I live in rural Quebec and although the actual HP22 stove arrived on time it was also quite a long time but it was also purchased through Amazon. I since purchased smaller items directly from them. Those were an ash vacuum and a longer sensor. Later on I extended the warranty. Those items were delivered very quickly.

The technician was spot on my issue and promptly sent out the part free of charge due to a recall. This stove works great. I mix cherry pits with the wood pellets a 70/30 mix with no issues. Would like to see a controller that would work with a wall thermostat. Would recommend these stoves to anyone.

Some of the best money I spent on my remodel of the family room. Not only does it look great, for me I love the practicality for earl y spring, and early fall. I use it instead of turning on the furnace.

I’m glad I chose comfortbilt I’m very satisfyed before I bought the pellet stove my electric bill was $500 every month electric heat now it’s has stayed slim the $70s every month I keep it on number 1setting all night keeps the whole house at 70 degrees easy to clean few minutes every couple days love watching it burn at night great heater I spend around $150 on pellets a month.

I had an igniter problem and called and the person I talked to was very nice and very helpful and sent me a new igniter priority mail I replaced it and haven’t had any problems since

We have loved our stove! Once we got past the learning curve of learning how to use it (lots of you tubes available to learn) its been great. The only sad thing was finding that there are no service people close to where we live. We called the tech guy at Comfortbilt and he was super helpful. I had to call back later to talk with him once our service guy was here to install the part and the tech guy was gone for the day. I spoke with another gentleman there who wasn't as enthused to help. He was the sales person. :( Outside of that we do love the stove. Also, be prepared for delivery. Our delivery occurred two weeks earlier than we were informed and the delivery guy dropped it off at the top of the drive next to the highway. Anyone could have stolen it. We were never even notified it was being dropped.

The 2 stoves I bought run okay. There have been some technical and warranty issues but the person I had on the phone helped me fix the problem and had the replacement parts at my home the next day! The upstairs fireplace insert model blower motor makes way too much noise, has since we installed it.
