“Very friendly and professional and Timmy shipping highly recommend Comfort Built Stove I've already purchased two drives from them and in the 5.5 years I've had them only had one issue with them witch was the power switch witch was after 5. 5 years of use”

“Very disappointed with the number of components we have had to replace in our first couple of years of ownership! The customer service has been good but the stove has been a disappointment. I went ahead and purchased a 5 year warranty due to the number of issues we have had thus far.”

“unit was delvd march 8th. i was not notified prior to delv, the driver left the unit on my front porch. i had to get help moving it to a safe location. i did not unpack the unit until the installers showed up. when unpacked i discovered the right door was bent and damaged and the plastic hopper lid switch was broken. i contacted your comp and the replacement parts were sent. the replacement door had a bent pivot pin. i have not yet operated to unit. installing today. if any additional deficiencies arise, i will be want a new unit. the unit was purchased online through lowes. thank you for your attention.
