The look of the stove is great. We bought the new stove because it was supposed to be more efficient and it had the thermostat option. After we got it we are told not to use thermostat because is burns the ignitors out quickly. Also it uses more pellets and doesn't put out the heat our old Quadrafire did. Also our burn pot has already cracked. So overall we are not happy with our purchase.

I purchased an HP61 in late winter of 2022, it has been an awesome source of heat when compared to a heat pump. I love this stove and heat output for a 2700 sq. ft. home but I am beginning to question the life expectancy of some parts. I have used this stove for a total of six months and I have already replaced an igniter and conducted maintenance on the auger all of which was directed by Comforftbilt. I am very pleased with the customer service and technical support provided so far; fast, responsive, and helpful.

Runs great. The auger has a little issue once every so often. It makes a moaning noise. A little white lithium grease solves that.

We are very satisfied with the ComfortBilt HP61 Pellet stove. The computer control is easy to operate and the stove is very easy to clean. When the stove came and was set up, we discovered the blower fan did not work. I called the company and they immediately shipped out a replacement at no cost. It was easy to remove the defective part and install the new one. I am very pleased with how the whole stove is set up as any part is easily accessible and can be easily replaced. I intend to purchase all the spare parts before next season as I can save almost 50% in doing so. They built this stove for Comfort!

Thing is DOPE !!!!!!!! Heats my basement 78degrees 1st floor 70degrees and 2nd floor bedrooms 67degrees………got an electric hot water heater then cancelled my UGI gas bill for good.

Ignighter and blower fan assembly parts fail every 3-6 months, the cost is $300.00 to replace them. what a scam..on my second set of replacements, and you want my opinion? Don't buy Comfortbuilt- they are built to fail when you really need it to work.

After about a year (second season using the stove) I had an issue with the stove stopping running during the heating cycle. The code "Alarm - Contact Lost". I Downloaded the complete service manual from the internet. It is more complete than the owner's manual that came with the stove. The on-line manual explained what the code meant and how to troubleshoot it. It said to check the 4-pin cable connection at bottom of circuit board. I did so, and it fixed the problem. Apparently the connection had come loose. The only comment I would make is that the explanation of how to address the code in the original owners manual would have been helpful. I then ordered the Parts Care Package to have extra parts on standby in case one goes out during the winter. The ordering process is very easy and I received the parts in just a few days.

Needed some WD40 to wash it into the ball bearing. WD40 only lasted 3 or 4 weeks. This powder washed in has lasted 9 weeks so far in my Pellet Stove.
