The first day wasn’t good I checked the feed and ignited the stove without emptying the burn pot the result was blowing out my front glass door(it was a huge explosion.) I called customer service and spoke to Lucas he immediately sent a new glass, and since it has worked great. I have no complaints but would recommend accenting the instructions on lighting with an empty burn pot. The explosion broke my tv and could have injured any body in front of stove.

After several weeks of comparing and reviewing stoves, I settled on the comfortbilt hp22, based off the reviews of their customer services and reviews. I did receive the stove damaged, I called customer service immediately and within minutes I had an email verification on replacement parts. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and their timely effort to resolve the issue. This unit was professionally installed and ran like a champ from the first burn off. I checked the control board daily curious of the pellet usage, trying to determine how much it was truly saving me to run this over my furnace. Every day I’d do the conversion and it always averaged 38lbs a day on level one. Level one keeps my house comfortably warm around 70-73 no issues when ambient is around 40. I noticed that I was 18 bags shy of burning through 1.5 tons of pellets. I checked my usage once more to find it was wrong. My stove was burning about 67lbs a day but the control board still showed 38lbs a day. It was off by 900lbs total. At the the time I thought no big deal, just a coincidence that the stove was showing me what seems to be industry standard vs what it really is burning. I called customer service, I was told it should be 40lbs a day and my feed rates needed to be adjusted. A second customer service representative told me 2-3lbs an hour on level one and the feed rates needed adjusted. Received two separate emails with different feed rates attached to each, I am still unsure which rep was correct with their information. After adjustments my stove is at about 55lbs a day. Overall the stove heats my house even on coldest of nights as long as I keep refilling pellets every few hours. - Stove is cleaned regularly - Use green supreme pellets (one that comfortbilt recommends) - OAK installed - Adjusted feed rates All said and done it’s not a bad stove and I’m sure some people can get that bag a day claim. Customer service is top tier but the stove itself I don’t feel the best about. If I could go back and reorder I’d probably go with something different.

We love our stove, bought it back in 2018. Never had a problem until this year. The heating element went out and when we called them about it, it took a act of god to get any response. Trying to get ahold of anyone was impossible. Spoke with sales and the gentleman there said I don't know I only sell the . We were very disappointed, because back in 2018 they were eager to help us and walked us through step by step.

I have enjoyed my stove HP61 for almost two winters.it requires a lot of maintenance but it does a good job.I hear you are improving the burn pot. that is a good idea. thanks for reaching out. Johnny PS. I ordered a gasket set but recieved the wrong one.

Well. I did my research and talked to staff and I was kinda frustrated at my experience. The stoves themselves have so far worked great. However the control panel is clumsy and not user friendly. I had to upgrade the hopper because it would burn out overnight. I struggled to find the right appliance adapter and it smelled like burning tires for like a week because of some residue. Sometimes I can still smell it. Over all, I found the staff friendly and nice. Their product is quality. It was just annoying how many things came up while installing that could have been told to me but were not and that’s a total bummer. There should have been better onboarding to the product. It’s also crazy I can’t get a wifi connection to it and when I wanted to add a thermostat I had to buy their temperature sensor cut the wires and splice it in. Not a huge deal but I’m on the phone with these folks and emailing them and have ordered so much more stuff from them that I think should have been included or addressed before my purchase.

I Purchased two pellet stoves and my pellet stove insert has given me nothing but trouble. I had to hire someone to do the warranty repairs. I had to fight with Comfortbilt to get reimbursed for the labor. Glen was friendly and worked with me to get everything resolved but Mr Gordon told me on the phone that I wasn’t getting another penny, or any more free parts.this was very rude and disrespectful and reflected very badly on the company

Placed a Comfortbilt Hp22 in our 1900sqf basement easily maintains a comfortable 70° on power level 2 with 32° outside temperature. We love it.

Overall the stove heat very well, however, there are a few problems that make us worry about the product. We are on our fourth burn pot and third igniter and the temperature sensor shows it's one degree warmer that the actual room temp. We are never sure when things will not operate properly.

This thing is amazing, quality build and a looks good. Puts off enough heat on the lower settings I don’t even need to burn through pellets.

The customer service was great as always. I called to see how soon the stainless steal burn pots would be in, and the gentleman offered to send me a returned unused pot. He even offered to send me screws for the side panels that I had lost. And my HP 22N unit continues to be outstanding both in performance and in ease of maintenance.
