“Had an issue this year with our pellet stove not igniting. Tech Support was awesome! Sent us an igniter and our stove was up and running in no time! This is our 2nd year with our new stove and love it!”

“We love the stove and it works great. The blower fan lasted three years. That was because the bearings were inferior for the fan application and they there are no options to replace them. I had to purchase a new complete unit. The fan and motor were still ok. Also, removing the side panels is difficult with the wing bolts. They are difficult to reinstall. There should be an easier way to remove the panels from the exterior instead of from inside the pellet feeder box. Anyway, the new fan unit was easy to install and it is much quieter. We hope it lasts longer.”

“Johnathon was awesome at answering my questions. Sold me a top notch stove. I’ve put two pallets of pellets through it with zero regrets or issues. I am so thrilled with this purchase. And it was a tax write credit!!!! My house is electic and we use to freeze all winter at around 68 degrees. Now our house is a cool 79 on level 1 lol. I love it”

“had a hopper fire after running the brand-new stove for 6 weeks, and they basically said your stuck with it because the 30-day warranty was up. And was told to watch youtube because that answers all your questions my foot it does..... the biggest paperweight I've ever purchased. would not recommend them.”

“Extremely good customer service. They actually provided me with a free part. I recommend spending a little more on the type that have side latches for easier cleaning. I have one with hex bolts holding the sides in place. Kind of a hassle.”

“Comfortbilt 22N pellet stove. You do not want me to rate this. 6 break downs later this thing literally has something wrong with it every week. Bad bearings, failed auger motor, welds on auger have holes in it. I have been lighting it with a propane torch because it only lights intermittently even when the heating element is 1/8” away from the bowl. I never thought a pellet stove would have this many breakdowns and maintenance. Lastly they put the screws and washers inside the hopper to remove the side panels. You better hope you keep track of those washers because if you remove the screws and the washer falls into your pellets, you end up removing all of your pellets to locate the washer. I would return this in a heart beat if it wasn’t so difficult to send back. The only thing good I have to say is the customer service and 1 year warranty period has been a big help. I am not looking forward to when this warranty runs out.”

“Love the product!! Customer service is out standing in all areas !!!! Just question some of the components/part. As far as the burn pot I received, we’ll it is working, but it dos not sit flat like the 1st one. It wobbles from corner to corner. Can tell you the ash build up.. one corner has no ash build up around the outside of one corner. So, I know it is not very efficient! Been thinking of calling/email to explain the situation, but have not had the time to do so. Thank you Mike”

“After the initial help with our pellet stove, comfort built really dropped the ball with following through. After receiving our parts we could not get a hold of anyone and no one returned our calls. 2/5 stars for me as when they help they are amazing, but only WHEN they help”
