We love our stove but this was the second ignitor we had to replace for our stove in just two seasons. Your support staff was excellent and replied quickly to my question and said that there was a new style ignitor to come out soon that would last significantly longer. I hope that you would extend a discount to existing customers for a spare replacement for when our older one dies again.

We had purchased an HP55 that a recall, ComfortBilt sent us a new stove, and all the necessary parts to hook it up, it was delivered in a few days, very fast, we love our new stove, it has been almost two years years with our HP22, factory settings, and it runs great. We know we are late putting our review up, better late than never. Thank you

Great customer service. Stove works great after a few tweeks to the settings. Customer service helped walk me through voltage and exhaust settings. The HP 40 Alpine seems to be a nice little stove and working well heating a 1700 sq ft. house.

i love the service department at comfortbilt very helpful they bend backwards to help and ive called a few cause im not computer savy and they showed tremendous patience with me this is also a great product

Super fast shipping and the techs there are helpful if you got questions they will get back to you in no time they even answer me on the weekend no less who does that? Not even the big company do that.

Have to give 3 stars out of 5, works great when working, have had great support but to no avail. The heater will shut down after running a few hours with a "Low Temp" the burn pot would be empty when it happens, still has the same issue and I can't recommend because of this. Now I'm stuck with it.

I bought the Comfort Bilt HP22i pellet fireplace two years ago & it was one of the best purchases I have made. It was easy to install & heats my 1600 sq ft home. I didn't expect it to heat the entire house! With rising prices of propane it has saved me several hundreds of dollars on propane bills. I would highly recommend Comfort Bilt for their pellet stoves or fireplace inserts.

I purchased my Comfortbilt Stove one month after my husband passed away from Covid-19. One month after using my new Comfortbilt Stove, it started making a grinding sound. I called Tech Services. Support was very friendly and helpful. After months of trying to fix the problem, both winters of 2021-22 and now 2022-23, they sent someone to come to my rural town to replace a defective bearing! The sound was very nerve-racking, keeping me awake at night and then waking me up again early in the morning. It seems that the problem is now resolved. It is sad though, that you purchase a stove for thousands of dollars, and then have problems so soon after.

I had a problem with my power switch and e-mailed you with the details. Despite it being Friday, and the time difference, I very promptly received a reply from Jonathan. Not only was I told the part would be shipped ASAP, but he explained in detail and with attached pictures how to safely do a temporary fix so that I would not be without the use of my stove which I use as my primary heating. I was very impressed with the level and speed of service provided. Top notch service.

Stove never worked properly. Customer service was awesome but could not resolve issues. Ordered another HP50 instead. Scraped the Alpine stove.

The look of the stove is great. We bought the new stove because it was supposed to be more efficient and it had the thermostat option. After we got it we are told not to use thermostat because is burns the ignitors out quickly. Also it uses more pellets and doesn't put out the heat our old Quadrafire did. Also our burn pot has already cracked. So overall we are not happy with our purchase.
