“The stove works great. And the ash pot is the best. You don't have to clean it every day like most stoves. But I'm still having to figure out the control panel. All in all the stove look great, and runs great. It is a very well built stove.”

“Stove Hp42 i got didn't work right(damaged from shipping),I worked with a few technicians to get it working correctly. Stove works as it should now and is everything that I need. I would highly recommend using this company as they stand by their products.”

“Easy ordering and quick delivery of the HP61 hopper extender. This is a necessity as without the extender the pellets barely last overnight. A welcome addition. Excellent stove though! Efficient and easy to clean. Also considerably quieter than my last stove.”

“My new HP22 arrived with a non functional room blower fan. The motor was jammed with tiny metallic particles that prevented it from turning freely. I was able to disassemble and clean the motor and it’s been working since. I do wish that the minimal heat setting produced less heat. Other than that it is acceptable. And I did not have a remote packaged with the unit. I would probably not purchase again or recommend to others based on my experience.”

“My problem was corrected…but you should redesign the access points to vacuum the ash out of the inner chambers so it’s a straight shot with the vacuum hose….its almost impossible to get the hose in there and there is no way to see if you got it all out…HP22….if you put the access on each end of the chamber you could look in and see if it was clear and the hose would slide right in…just sayin”
