Chatted To bd2 today 06/07/20. The reason for the poor rating is because of a mix up over two vehicle policies I had with OneCall. Check your details and again I can,t stress enough ,I did not receive an e mail stating the card payment had been declined. Bridie was fine but if I had been offered the £40 discount off the car renewal plus the revised price I would still have the two policies with OneCall.

After applying for insurance Found out that I was not insured straight away. Had to wait for my documents to appear in portal. Message said if you want cover straight away no problem saying ring this number. Rang number to get an automated response saying phone lines were closed due to covid(fully understand that. ) message said chat on line or write to us 🤦‍♂️ Think you miss understand the meaning of need insurance straight away. Went on line to chat 42 nd in cue ok it took them 40 minutes to chat the first time and I was 4 in cue. If your going to offer chat services make sure people aren’t waiting a day to get response

I have a new car that I wanted to change on my policy and to inform you of 6points that have been added on my licence but I have been trying for weeks because I have no car insurance on my new car I'm having to walk to work and back I've at the moment paid 2months of insurance for a car I don't possess why I don't know my car was no more expensive than the last yet it still hasn't been sorted why im not getting anywhere please advice me ur going to take another months insurance on the 19th for a car I that don't have

The initial on line process was good until after payment was taken. Once I had payed up came options to upgrade to a policy I thought I had already. I feel cheated. I thought I was getting a courtesy car on all occasions that my car was off the road but apparently not. Thus only became clear to me after payment and that cannot he right. Had I been given the option to upgrade before payment and realised what I paying for I would not have purchased the policy.

Bought my household policy through One Call. Am now trying to make a claim and am being shunted from one company to another with no one ringing back. Will certainly be reviewing this at renewal time.

Started Live Chat at 18.10 this evening, was 59 in the q but was thrown out when down in the thirties, rejoined this time 52 in the q, eventually got chatting to the point where I was to pay the difference for the amendment to policy only to have Live Chat dropped again, rejoined once more, 36 in q this time, entered all my details for the third time and eventually completed the task about two hours after starting - not impressed!

It’s to hard to get in chat with any of your staff. After spending two days trying I get my grandson who managed to get through yet I mange to get in Touch with 3 different insurance companies..any way the last customer service person was very helpfully. But I would never use or recommend one call to my enemy never mind my best.

Tried to get a payment holiday as going through redundancy was told payment would have to be missed twice first. Then get an email saying my policy will be cancelled! Not good customer service at all until Shaun managed to reinstate after I managed to get my mother to pay the installment. Will not renew with one call when due

I've had insurance off one call, and the online chat is a waste of time, I tried to set a direct debit up 3 times 3 times it failed ,lucky I checked my bank account regular because I would be driving with no insurance, yet again 1st of July 2020 failed DD , had to pay with online chat . Also I had an accident by hitting a lump of metal in the road , with my alloys getting cracks in front and back, so tried to claim ,utter useless, didn't want to help had to have time off work awaiting to get courtesy car , never happened at all, had all the evidence to prove it happened, in the end I bought some second hand ones , what's the point of insurance when you need them the most, just proves the cheapest isnt the best , this is my second year with onecall ,never again. Sorry

Couldn’t find a phone number to speak to a person so had to do it all online. When my question was asked the answer wasn’t very clear

Increasingly frustrated with being unable to speak to a actual person over the phone. Other companies have phone lines open now. Chat keeps closing without any warning meaning nothing is resolved. I made a payment on the 25th. It has left my bank but yet one call says it hasnt been received. I and £145 pounds down and you have cancelled my policy regardless
