i tried to cancel a policy on the website, your promise tells us it's much easier to do that, it isn't. so i tried to do it by webchat. i'm told we can't do that either. so i had to do it by phone, which took over 12 minutes. the whole exercise was the best part of 1/2 hour. Something not mentioned wen you guys are wanting to sell a product!

Unable to receive P/W reset to my email address . 3 requests made but nothing received to my email address. The fact that I rec’d this feedback request proves that my email address is functioning fine.

AE4 dealt with my query, which should have been simple enough, changing my car tomorrow, and wanted to amend cover to show the new car. After half an hour, I was told it would be £24 "admin fee" and was being transferred to payments, but went straight back to home page, with no explanation of what I had to do, so I don't know if I'm covered or not now

My rating is based on customer service as when you need them only then you can really see their true colours, One of the Worst cancellation experiences typically because keeps transferring or having to end and call again on different extension

why when I have a platinum policy cant I change my address online without live chat? 5 minutes waiting to get an advisor, then transfered to another to resolve the change of address, then to be charged £15 administration fee for the privelege is not excactly what I class as good customer service.

I did not like being backed into a corner by the sales person handling an issue with my address. People are quite bludgeon when typing and not speaking and the sales person got me quite angry whether she was right or wrong.

My username EP7 I found it extremely difficult to navigate around the site. It kept refreshing my page back to entering my details when I was trying to adjust my policy. I gave up in the end so a big thumbs down from me. Can’t we just speak to a person!

Sorry but I am not that good with IT and still one finger typing, so was very disappointed when after calling your call center Today (All lines now closed) I was directed to The Portal to make an amendment to my policy, only then after trying to input details of my new car, to be prompted you cant make amendments there, you have to use LIVE chat, So one hour later i got my policy changed to cover my New vehicle, I am now minded to revert back to the over seas call centers at least you can almost have a conversation and sort things out.

TTYUB Well considering there is only 2.5 months left on 05060806 offering to change to another vehicle for a fee of over £500 is mad I am sure you have quoted for a year.

Be dyslexic I think there’s nothing worse than doing a text chat please bring back a simple way of contacting yourselves via the phone line what’s more simpler than that thank you
