I tried phoning to cancel my insurance as I found a last minute better deal. No phone lines open, went onto the portal and no chats open, scrolled through the portal and no where on website to cancel polices? Couldn’t find an email address to let you know I want to stop the renewal ? All very frustrating. I have cancelled my DD . Please end my policy.

Pretty low, I pay 350 a Yr and to add a second family member. They tried to tell me it would be £800 plus a yr. Absolute joke. I will be seeing my year out then not returning.

Wanted to know if the renewal quote could be improved upon, the girl on the other end was doing her best, but then i got cut off. Not happy about this system, so will be leaving at the end of the month to somewhere £75 cheaper.

Code CT2. Explained that ďue to not being able to add mariusz Walczyk to 05060806 gave him car and insured him else where. Tried to freeze/cancel policy not sure if message got through. Might havery to write paper letter.

I bought insurrance and I was asked to verify my licence. I tried online and their system didn't work. I tried to contact via phone or live chat and couldn't catch them in any ways. This may be due to Covid 19 pandemic. They cancelled the insurrance leaving you without insurance. No fault with me but with their system. They shouldn't have cancelled the insurance.

Having sold my vehicle I tried contacting One Call to cancel the insurance cover. Telephones are not being answered, there is no email address so forced to use Live Chat. After a long wait the person dealing with my request wasted thirty five minutes asking irrelevant questions about why I was selling the vehicle, was I going to replace it etc. It was a blatant hard sell technique that simply caused anger and frustration. When they finally got around to dealing with my initial request the system collapsed . I tried again later in the day and had a much better response. However the initial experience means I will not use One Call again

Spent 2 mins waiting on chat line only to be told I need to talk to another dept and waited another 15 mins. Requested email transcript of online conversation. Never arrived.

Always directed to Portal from live chat, can’t Make change on portal, back to the live chat queue (number 4) now. Amendment made, “is there anything else I can help you with?” “Yes!” I say. “Oh you’ll have to use the Portal” “It’s not working!” I say “you need to try first and then click on live chat”. Here we go again!!! Poor, very poor.

Bought a car on Saturday, because we were existing customers we thought we could just transfer all info to our new car but NO we were told customer service was closed. If we were new customers you could give a quote and take our money. Well I’m sorry but you have lost our custom and we will tell anyone how unhappy we are with your service. A lot of people go out on a Bank Holiday or Saturday to look for a new car but insuring it is another hurdle you don’t need!!!!!!

your company car policies are good and the prices are competitive but trying to contact One Call is nothing short of frustrating esp if you can only communicate over the phone like me a 78yr old man, for this reason alone I didn't renew my car insurance and after my daughter having to communicate on my behalf by chat to cancel my policy and the experience she had she wont use or recommend your services either

Unfortunately due to covid you cannot make a tel call to 'One Call Insurance'. Cancellation process difficult. However online operatives helpful
