Had to upload a NCB Document. Was given general website address by telephone, Couldn't find the upload facility so had to engage live chat to sort this out which took about 20 mins from start to finish. They give me a link which was a different address. Not really the service I would expect from a Company I have two bikes and a car insured with.

the web site is poor you ask for documentation that other insurers don't ask for and even when I have provided that information you were unable to read it and sent out two letters. despite being told that what I had provided was ok I still had to contact 3 times before I finally got it sorted out

chat function is not for me. was close to cancellation of my policy. (even this review/ feedback page is not functioning properly) [Hello 'Reviews.co.uk. Are you paying attention?]. Very poor telephone service and took 30 minutes to get onto a second operator after first person left me holding twice while trying to sort problem. The second person was helpful and took my payment for my car insurance renewal which I needed to supply as my previous card had been stolen and therefore my details were incorrect. Ref: ar6

Insurance didnt renew automatically, had to phone up to renew and once phoned had to type in my card details on the phone not the easiest thing to do when your a bit older. Customer services agent just kept saying type in your number not being very specific on what she was talking about.

I needed to change my address of which seemed pretty straight forward. 6 attempts of calling and finally got through. The call itself was fine and the guy on the phone helpful. I did have to pay £15 admin fee which is not a problem but was also told my new details will be emailed to me. It has been 2 days and still no email with new documents. Just an email today for the bill of £15 and my address has not been changed. So I am going to have to call yet again and start over. Just frustrating!

I wanted to talk to a person but I just get passed from one queue to another and kept getting the message to use the online chat. I wanted to talk to somebody not type a conversation in on my PC.When I did get through they put the phone down on me. What a system !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call the number on the letter that was sent to me asking for DVLC check code. The number issued was the wrong number! After speaking with 4 separate people I was given a number to call and was told again that Icwas through to the wrong department! I final got through the 5th time. After giving my DVLC code I was told it would not work, and I was asked for my driving license number and that felled to work. We all entered my NI details on your site and that came back as invalid, I’ve never had a problem in 35 years! Your wed site would not allow us to put details in or except details. The issue I believe has been resolved by entering the details on the DVLC site.

I didn't appreciate to be left on hold for 15 mins, that's completely unacceptable. I didn't hang up fearing I would have to start the whole process again.

You charge £40 'admin' fee for a change of address plus insurance went up. But one call house insurance didnt charge either. Same company. Same area different charges. Won't renew with u again

I didn’t find one call very helpful during my non fault claim. I had to continue paying insurance on a written off car, to close my policy. No one was helpful explaining why and how long this would continue. Easy drive the company dealing with my claim we’re brilliant. They told me they had told one call the claimant had taken responsibility and had paid out, yet one call still wouldn’t close the claim.

The representative I spoke to did not recognise one of your associate companies which was disconcerting and asked me to read the letter I was calling to query. Finally, he told me to contact the company direct.
