Service was horrendous, over 2 hours, between calls, live chats to have my policy changed over to new car. Previously never had issues when doing so. Will not renew my policy in September

Tried to get the £40 discount thing by mentioning RT5 username in review but this failed because I did not put the username in the discount section. Submitting a review right now and there IS no discount section to put the username into!!!

May be cheap insurance but a £39 fee to change address, using on line chat averaging over 3 minutes for a reply from the agent all adds up to them loosing my custom next time

Absolute rip of merchants if your a long term customer and change your vehicle the payments for new car remain same as old car even though engine size has changed from a 2.2 litre to a 1.4 litre absolutely disgusting they don't even reward your loyalty

sadly their free breakdown cover is not free and they charge £20 per call out if you need use it . the fact that u can upgrade it is neither here nor there unless u want a premium service . i just want the fix at roadside cover and towed to nearest garage that is promised and included in the price but this charge is hidden in the small print . so its a blatant lie .!!

can't believe you request praise before you deliver the requested service. are you joking send the requested service before the automated request for praise arrives Useless service till my request is completed. Absolutely minus 100% PRAISE TILL I RECEIVE MY REQUESTED PROMISED SERVICE

The agent was unable to really help but at least she tried. However I had already spent 3/4 of an hour on the website and on the chat options entering the same information twice and am still unable to do what I want to do without it costing me a lot of money.

The problems is that you want to get through to someone to ask a question, there are so many options on the phone line that, it extremely difficult to get through to a person. When I eventually did by phone and chatline the person though very polite was unable to answer my question - which was very simple - Which windscreen repair company did OneCall use. This is appears not to be on your website, or if it is it is not very accessible. So it was a poor experience - I wanted a human being who was well informed by a member of staff at OneCall.

I felt that I have been ripped off for cancelling a car policy. I will never use OneCall again, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

I used live chat. I explained I had a stroke and i had to sell my car, so I wanted to cancel the policy and get proof of NCD for the future. Firstly, NO sense of compassion that I had suffered this life changing thing. Secondly NO explanation, just "it will happen when everything is cancelled". I had to probe to get any answers about how I get my money and proof of NCD. Overall pretty rubbish. Won't be using your company again
