Wanted a call back but not heard back from one call. Contacted live chat to resolve but Kaci advised he couldn’t assist as I needed to call back instead of saying that he would get someone from the relevant department to call me.

I found it difficult to make contact. The problem is, my renewal email when I tried to Chat after logging in, Renewal Dept were not available, contacted General Enquiries Dept who referred me to Renewals and this it worked. Having explained my problem I was told it would amended. As yet no results. Taking far to long with no resolution.

The conversation today with Holly was very good . Unfortunately, the lady I spoke with yesterday told me not to drive until I received the copy of the insurance certificate . The email was sent at 4:16pm today but the policy was issued yesterday 3:11pm . I spent 4 miserable hours running around today on public transport believing that my insurance hadn't been issued . Also the man I spoke to on Wednesday said he would call me back in 10 minutes and didn't return my call . His name was Alan . I had to call your company again yesterday to go through it all over again . And then call again today to enquire when my insurance would begin . One Call it certainly is not . If you had more like Holly life would be much simpler .

Not happy with charges made just to talk to some one about change of vehicle as portal would not work may look at changing insurance provider at renewal staff I spoke to were helpful

Not happy having been told all documents correct and 5 days later being told policy be cancelled because license couldn't be validated. having spoke to DVLA and getting access code for you and then calling you , you then tell me validation was completed 6 hours earlier ,why was I not contacted .since your offering 40 pound discount maybe you should apply that to a second policy ihave which is due for renewal on the 11th

Logged a 'non fault' claim and after 6 weeks rang to progress it. Discovered that they had closed the file as they were unable to contact me (although strangely I had received no calls, emails or letters from them) and passed it to an underwriter. Had to restart the whole process but now have to prove liability again and potentially lose my no claims bonus as a result! What exactly am I paying them for???

Sorry to give a poor rating - it is because it took me an hour and a half on the phone to sort out the issue you had with my licence. Plus I couldn't access LIVE CHAT at all as it didn't seem to be working!

I have had nothing but problems with my insurance policy. Received 2 letters since joining, one to welcome me, the other to say that my policy was about to be cancelled!!! I have wasted a whole afternoon trying to sort this out. jd7 did help me to sort it out but after speaking to him I received a TEXT message and an E MAIL to say that my insurance had not been validated... I would not recommend your company because what I asked for online when I took the insurance out has not been adhered to. I asked for a paper policy to be sent through the post and I keep getting told to look at it online. I want a paper policy!!! I have had to go on chat this evening as could get no one on the phone lines... very poor customer service and I am still unsure that my policy is valid for 12 months after paying upfront. I have never in all my years driving had such a shoddy insurance company to deal with. I am not happy at all with One Call... but was happy with Josh and all his efforts to try to resolve it

I had a problem logging into their portal and it took 5 different phone calls and 5 different customer service operators until I found one who could sort the problem out. The first 4 took no responsibility for following through their support to see if it worked (which it hadn't).

Terrible service, bounced around after calling two different numbers, options very unclear. Live chat not working from website. Only positive individuals who answered calls were helpful, for that and that alone I will select poor rather than very poor. Will not be using this company again, and will go out of my way to inform friends and associates not to bother with this company.

Ridiculous situation trying to get through to talk to someone about changing my insurance when purchasing a new car, spent ages going around and around pressing 1-4 choices and getting no where, redialing all over again and again for over 30 minutes and still getting no where except being told to go to my portal which I could not easily access when I am away from my computer and trying to purchase a new car, I eventually managed to get to someone at long last who was very helpful, but this was not a good experience at all.

Talk about dragging it out I wouldn't bother with them again I would rather pay extra for a fast service instead of having to answer loads of additional questions

Time is 1900 hrs on Friday and every where I look it says 8 till 8 Now I have filled out all my details and done the bank payment and I had nothing to confirm this

Lady i spoke to, RC2, was helpful but on line/chat line was awful. Spent an hour trying to swap car insurance. Had to phone in the end, which then cost me an extra £40 as on web site didn't work. Outrageous. Think next year, I will be going elsewhere unless I can get a refund.
