Phone system repeats it’s menu’s even after selecting an option, which means it takes an age to get through to anyone (that’s before getting to the holding system). Online system isn’t great to navigate. And I’ve not even touched on the replacement window!

No claims bonus is for the car you are insuring. I have 3 years NCB on my van. why is that not good enough. 16+ years NCB on my personal car. That is insured separately. Oh and time wasted trying to speak to someone. Live chat took 7 mins from 1st response to getting my initial question answered. I have never before left bad reviews but this had to done. Not using them again.

you get - or perhaps should get - what you pay for - or rather attempt to pay for. attempts (multiple) to get confirmation of an on-line quotation for a motorhome's insurance elicited rejection - three days after policy had (apparently) been purchased with comments to effect "we don't cover motorhomes under car policies" despite confirmation of vehicle numerous times during protracted conversation(s) with various agents. Recommendation is to stay well clear of these charlatans unless you have 'standard' private car - they seem unwilling - or even incapable - of dealing with anything 'out of the ordinary' and work solely from a script that precludes the use of initiative or taking details from previously stated / provided material Took necessity of quoting from DVLA V55 registration documentation for them to appreciate that motorhome owners use the branded name of their manufacturer - not base vehicle - as descriptor It is regrettable that this experience occurred - one can only hope that in the event of a claim being made, then the service at what would be definition be a trying time, could/would be 'sharper' and more focussed

Poor customer service . Put on hold twice and when I asked to speak to manager it didn’t happen!Takes too long to get through on telephone and cancellation charges unfair and too costly. Very disappointed

Impersonal, unprofessional and told I could change my address on line for £24, then told I can’t and charged me £39 for 2 mins work.. Roll on February for the renewal.

have recently spent up to 30 mins. trying to get through. To day unable to speak to dep. told they finish at 2 pm. went on chat line could not get through. In all very poor service. Also needed lap over time as changing car facility now not available.

£80.41 to change address including a reduced rate of £24 just to change address which was originally £39. This is my second year with them but defo moving on renewal!!!

The customer service I received today was very poor. The girl seem stressed and impatient and I could hear one of her colleagues complaining that she had been on a call to someone for over held an hour.

To be clear when I eventually spoke to a lady she was fab. However massive problems dealing with the portal. Everything I did stuck and it was a nightmare. When I eventually got through to the chat line she was ok but the payment portal wouldn’t work. In frustration I had to ring to ensure I was covered - call 28! No doubt people complaining about the same issues as me. Not a great online experience but lady I spoke to was very helpful Still awaiting email to confirm changes though

I rang up on Monday to change my car insurance from my old car to one I had purchased that day. I was told i would be given a discount if I did it online, but as I do not work with computers on a daily basis, I personally find it easier to do things by phone. I think it a absolutely disgusting I was charged nearly forty pounds to do so. I was kept waiting for ages, the whole process took ages, and the person I was dealing with was not at all friendly. Not a brilliant experience overall.!!!

I paid for extra breakdown cover and on first breakdown was told I didn’t have roadside assistance, which I did! Sadly few months on I broke down again, to be told I wasn’t covered to be towed home as I was more than 50mile away. All in the terms and conditions they said, I couldn’t find them! The call centre cover seemed to make it up as they went along. What was point in extra cover!! Also I had a call after I set up insurance policy telling me I was told certain things incorrectly and that I needed to be corrected over phone. One Call whole process from start to finish been poor never again.

Not bad for first time insurance but when you got no claims with them they go up 3 times as much even when you've not claimed
