“Zero stars as far as customer service goes in Naperville Tire Center. And ridiculous that you can NOT reach a person for a online REFUND . What a hassle . Had to go somewhere else to get my tires. Got Tired of waiting”
“Costco purchased the logistics and order fulfillment of Sears Appliances. They delivered a GE refrigerator on June 20, 2022. We had been waiting on delivery since March 23, 2022. When the new refrigerator was plugged in it made a terrible noise. It clearly was not working properly. When we asked the delivery people to put back the old refrigerator they jumped in their truck and drove away. We have scheduled 17 delivery appointments which have all been cancelled. We have not had a working refrigerator for 4 months and counting. I am at my wits end. The customer service is beyond bad. This is an unbelievable situation. All we want is a working refrigerator.”
“Do they discriminate against customers? Had security guard in Littleton CO literally followed me around and harass me and also took it the next level and followed me around in my condominium living complex and then had his denver police friends help him out as well.( j.Dennis DPD ) He said he was a former police officer. Now working security at Costco. What do we do about that sale? Making people do things they otherwise wouldn’t shouldn’t do. Entrapment, which is what I don’t ^ know was to come next. Harassment can cause problems. Very overconfident he could do it and get away with it. Only one lifestyle goes that far as far as I know. Did I read they were very LGBTQ friendly ? I’ll somewhat give him credit here though. He did at first try to be my friend by helping me move my big heavy door into my place and then point out where he lived . Maybe I wad supposed get the idea and to go over there and have some beers. I don’t know. But they are pushy and hate rejection . Maybe it was my fault. I could have never paid the favor back and didn’t realize it. Yes I called corporate ( thanks in advance for the tip), but their kind of discrimination Is so one way closet protected it gets silent when it happens that I didn’t get any kind of answer. It is their right to do it. Nobodies right to do it to them . Advantage closet. Taboo subject thanks to the one ways closet protection. Sorry , but they should be treated like the rest of us . Open transparent and not be allowed to blackmail harrasss entrap or rule in ANY one way fashion like they do. Closet victim lying about victimhood manipulating reasons or not. NOT better. It is called equal rights.”
“Costco is becoming horrible and non trustworthy. They are putting limitations and obstacles on returning defected items, by applying time constraint and other pressure points. Costco has applied a policy that punishing customers by keeping track on returning more than 3 items, and tell the customer "you have a record in our system!!". Through the years the Costco workers became really rude and reckless in customer service and treating the customers without dignity and no sense of service, rudely. prices in Costco have lost its competitive lower price and now is much much higher than competition; to a level that does not justify buying at bulk sizes.”
“This post deals directly with the tire center at Costco on Woodruff Road location. I purchased a set of tires and then went back to have them rotated and balanced, only to have the tire center break my trailing arm on my 2017 ford escape. I had no issues with my car until I took it back to them for the tire rotation and tire balance. I got there at 9:40 am and the car was pulled into the bay at 9:55AM and they didn't finish with my car until 12:49 PM. I filed a claim with the store and showed pictures but no one has returned the call or neither has Costco owned up to the error that they have caused . WARNING DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!”

I always bounce around with joy that Costco is such a great store
But today I called about a washer that I had purchased that no longer works and because I paid for it with cash and not a citi card I did not have a warranty!!!
So lame
I will from now on seek out other places to purchase items from that offer better warranties to people that pay with cash etc

“The person at register missed an item. The person at door wouldn’t look at receipt to see milk wasn’t rung up and I was willing to leave at counter to not have to go through line. They insist someone else had to take care. Maybe he can not read and only can count. So I returned all of it and no longer shopping there. No one was helpful. Complete waste of time.”
“My order of frozen foods arrived completely thawed out, soggy and ruined, the dry ice had completely melted, the inside of the box was hot. We threw the entire order in the trash.
If they're going to ship frozen foods to Arizona, in July, they'd better make sure to pack it correctly and, not pack in on Saturday, to arrive on Tuesday!”

“An assistant manager treated me an my family wrongful manner. Her name is Candice she humiliate me infront of crowd that I am not allow to shop there. I was in shock as I was 100 % sure I have the membership. Later I went to the membership center to found out Candice was wrong. I have the membership. She was very rude and acted like I did a crime. She told that she is going to block my account. I accidentally took my wife's costco card but I am in the membership. I gave my driver's license to Candice but she was lying about it. But talked to the manager to findout Candice was wrong. Sadly, manager Kris didn't even bother to correct the rude and racist behavior of his employee. Costco at 12405 N Gessner Rd, Houston, TX.”

“Giving bad review is a form of venting out the bad experience. I do feel bad about this. Costco had many and many employees which can be impossible to have the perfect customer services all the time. However, the repeated bad experiences from shopping at Costco touching the issue of racism is needed to be addressed. I am not going to write anything specific about the incidents. “So i was there in coscto with my family and I bought alcohol from there and i was there with my daughter . So my daughter showed her id to that lady for alcohol but she accused my daughter that she’s showing her father’s id to her in front of other people and then I showed my id to her .i was not wearing my reading glasses so my daughter was trying to help me with the pin pad. And the lady with light purple hair wig on(cashier) said to me that why’s i gave my Costco card to my daughter and why she’s filling my PIN number on pin pad . She was like you can’t give your card to someone else it’s California law. But the point is i was there in front of that lady, its on me its my card . And my daughter was old enough to buy the alcohol and suddenly she created some drama in front of others and called managers. And when i tried to explain the situation to them she blamed us. Then my daughter explained that she was trying to helping me but the lady was standing over there smiling and when the manager looked at her she suddenly made a baby face so that they trust her that what she was saying was right. Oh my god this was so ridiculous and disrespectful. It seemed like she was discriminating to a certain race people.”

“My niece bought me a washer and dryer it was delivered on January 24,2022 hooked up by the same guys who delivered it, I called to complain cause they didn't hook up the wash machine right the hot and cold is switched giving me a gas bill over $400 the dryer even when not on smelled like gas. I called customer service she gave ma a service date of April 1st boy was I fooled by this company the guy came out and didn't look at the washing machine to my 24 year old nephew to call a PLUMBER for the dryer what the hell is a plumber going to do, gave my nephew the prior line that was on the dryer and a new line and left, he LEFT me without a DRYER.When I called customer service on Sat. April 2 spend 30 minutes on hold for them to hang up on me. I am so fed up that I'm not renewing my membership and I'm returning the washer and dryer.”
