“I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Every concern was addressed, I was continuously updated on the process, I was able to review every step of the way in case changes needed to be made sure, and I approved the designs before it entered the final stages. The team I worked with was attentive, caring, and extremely helpful!”

“I started on designing a ring I wanted a year ago. I had a bunch of different inspirations, and the team worked with me for months as I did various tweaks - with no pressure, no stress, all of that included with the deposit. And when we finally went through on purchase - it was fast! And easy. Constant communication and explanation all the way through. And the craftsmanship!!! Truly couldn't have had a better experience, and feel like this is the best possibly way to make something unique and special to your own needs. I would recommend custommade a hundered times over.”

“Working with custom made was so lovely. They helped me throughout the whole process, answering any questions I had and explaining the process as we progresses through the different stages. Each person of my team was delightful to talk to and happy to deal with any ammendments I had to the design of my ring. It was super easy to navigate around the website and keep in touch with the team. The ring turned out to be stunning, better than I could have imagined. My now wife is over the moon with her ring and it was all made possible because of custom made. I am very happy with the end product and given the chance I would use them again.”
