“I worked exclusively with Jon, who spent a great deal of time with me checking back with me as wach detail of the ring was conceptulized until the finished product was delivered. The ring was an original design which Jon drew up for my approval, upon my approval and initial deposit, he proceeded to draw have the mold made, the gold 18K pored into the mold and then showed the ring as it appeared out of the mold and again asked if it met my expectainions, or if I needed things changed upon my final approval, Jon then has it filed smooth and hand buffed to a fine finish. Overall, I would give Jon and the Custom Made corporation and outanding a++++”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience in dealing with the folks at CustomMade. They're professional, friendly, talented, and the value I got for my engagement ring was outstanding! I went in with rough ideas in mind about the design I wanted, but CustomMade has a useful questionnaire and guides that helped me figure out what I wanted. Their artists came up with amazing sketches and 3D renderings of the piece, and they gave me lots of room to provide input on what I wanted. They weren't happy unless I was 100% in love with the final design, and now I have a beautiful and very personal engagement to give to the love of my life. Sustainability was also a huge factor for me, and they were able to get all lab-grown gems for my ring. I also really appreciated how honest they were regarding pricing. The estimates they gave were accurate and there were no surprises, and of course the value for the money I spent left me feeling very happy about my entire experience.”

“Every step of the process was amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful, all of my questions were answered promptly, and they understood my vision for my dream wedding rings perfectly. Pricing was budget friendly and my final price on my rings were even cheaper than estimated, which was wonderful news. It was so cool getting to learn how each ring is made and personalized. Definitely recommend CustomMade to those who want a special, one of a kind piece of jewelry.”

“The service was very very good. There were aspects to a ring I never knew existed, but the consultants were very good at clarifying, inspiring, and bringing to life the vision I had for my perfect ring. However, I hope they expand to Canada because the import tax was extortionate!”

“I was blown away with the CustomMade experience! The team was so knowledgeable and quick to respond to all my questions. They took my inspiration and crafted the most beautiful wedding band which exceeded my expectations. The entire process was very quick, and was very competitively priced! “Very helpful I was able to send in multiple ring designs and they worked with me for about a week to make the perfect ring for my fiance. Turn around was about a month from approval of final design and receiving the ring. You get a full team of different individuals who help walk you through the various parts of the process. Very simple from start to finish definitely had a great experience”
