“CustomMade designed my engagement ring and our wedding bands, and we are thrilled with the results and could not ask for a better experience. I wanted a Montana sapphire with a euro shank, and my fiancé found CustomMade who was able to make it a reality. The process was incredibly transparent with detailed information at every step. The representatives were attentive and always willing to make or take suggestions to improve the result. They were responsive to my questions and generally just very pleasant to work with. We couldn’t be happier.”

“CustomMade was amazing! I was very skeptical at first because everything is online.. Once the process unfolded and the designers explained everything and answered literally every question question I had, I quickly forgot about all of the nervousness I had! Everyone that I came in contact with was so nice and polite and were always willing to change my design however I liked it! There was never a decision made in my design that I didn’t okay and that was huge for me! The ring shipped the same day that my deposit was received and then I received the ring in the mail 3 days later! I was so excited to finally see the ring and it was everything that I hoped it would be! Everything about the ring is quality! I would recommend CustomMade to any and everyone I can who is looking for a custom ring! A+ service and quality!”

“Anybody I came into contact with at CustomMade was pleasant and helpful. The design team came up with such beautiful designs that I couldn’t have even imagined alone. They kept in contact frequently throughout the entire process also and made sure to keep me in the know. I had a brief period where I didn’t have the money to continue to a step in the process and they never rushed me or made me feel badly about it. The finished product is better than I ever could’ve pictured and I cannot wait to give it to my beautiful girlfriend. I know she’s going to love it because they fit in so many customizations personal to our relationship!! I’m definitely going to recommend them to any and everyone who mentions a proposal to me!”

“My experience designing an engagement and wedding ring with CustomMade could not have been better. They always answered my questions in a timely manner, and were very helpful and informative through the process. Unlike my experiences in jewelry stores, I never felt like I was being sold something, or pressured into a decision. I was able to make a lot of revisions to to my project during the design faze, and the designers captured everything I wanted and more. I will definitely be coming back to CustomMade for any jewelry I purchase in the future.”

“I was getting very frustrated with trying to find a ring to my design and liking and yet inexpensive. I wanted a ring to last for a lifetime. That is when I found out about Custom Made. Never had I ever experienced a company that was very professional and timely. The creators of my ring were very thorough and made sure that everything was up to par with the design and the process. I was able to be a part of the process and the sizing was perfect when it came to using their ring sizers. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a ring for the ages. Everything was beyond perfect. Thank you Custom Made!”

“I NEVER write reviews, but this place is worth it! I had an idea in my head and randomly did search for a place that might help me. I came across custom made and sent them a message to see if they could do something. From the very first contact they were engaging, supportive and knowledgeable. I was worried because I was not looking to spend a lot of money and they deal with people who are making custom diamond items. However, they treated me with respect and patience at every turn. I paid $100 deposit and then they spent as much time as I needed to make changes. I was the one delaying the project with changes and so about 3 months later we were ready to move forward. They reasonably requested half of the money owed to produce the item. They remade the item a couple of times because they would not send anything they didn't believe in. Then right before shipping I paid the rest owed and they sent it out. They checked in with me to make sure I was happy. I cannot say enough positive things about them. I feel like they treated me like I was spending $10,000! I spoke with multiple people online along the way as part of the project and they all treated me the same and it was an amazing experience. I cannot thank them enough for the experience and the product I bought. It was exactly what I wanted. I am so happy and thank them so much.”

“Very professional. Great communication. Custom made makes you feel great the whole way through the process even thorough the difficult design of my ring and areas that were not feasible we were able to discuss and communicate to a result that worked for me within their molds design and capabilities. Five out of five would design jewelry again with them. They sent ring measurement via mail. They speed shipped when completed. Very pleased”

“I started working with Custommade late in 2021, and found their initial customer service sublime. I'd write messages to staff and recieve word back within a few hours even, and while I will say the service wasn't this good throughout the entire service each person I worked with was a delight never responding to late to any question I poised. I honestly can't recommend this service enough. On top of all this they managed to work with me even though for half the process I was studying abroad in Europe. I never felt like I was given a bad service and in the end my fiance loves the ring we made for her.”
