Inferior product, very problematic, customer service is in the Phillipines and it stinks. Company is impossible to deal with. Stay away from Dell!

Did not receive my desktop. It was sent to an old address. Had set up a new account and would not have put a 12 year old address in. (bought a dell at that address many years ago). Dell said I must file a police report-the police say it's not a police matter, that Dell and FEDEX should deal with it. So looks like I'm stuck with no computer.

I have had an Alienware laptop for just under a year now and in that time it has started to randomly freeze almost once a week (keep in mind this laptop is over $2000). I have had at least 10 representatives investigate the laptop, and have had it sent in for repairs already. They have been helpful in a way, but this laptop is garbage and they refuse to properly address the problem which is that the laptop is garbage.

XPS recurring battery problem. Although (because?) my laptop is under warranty -- I am waiting more than two weeks for a Dell technician to find time to provide support (replace defective part). This is not my first Dell laptop, but may be the last one.

Awful BULLYING company, promised me my Lapton for Friday, nothing arrived and they shut for the weekend. Rang today they lied to me as I rung the Carrier who said the computer was smashed. I ordered it on the basis I got it Saturday as it's for business and had engineer set up Saturday to install etc.. Never use these liars again. Total bullying corporation, gives no fvcks.

Never again will I do business with Dell. I received a birthday $20 coupon in the mail which clearly stated it was good for and suggested brands other than Dell. When attempting to use it, it was denied. Customer service told me it was only good for Dell products despite the "Save $20 on your electronics purchase of $100 or more from top brands like Bose, Amazon, Logitech and Nest". Zero mention in the fine print about being limited to Dell brand only. I fought tooth and nail for Dell to honor it but they just keep giving the run around from one person to another, "Oh we'll put in a request to such and such". Weeks later, nothing. Worst gift ever. This isn't the first time Dell has shown shady practices. I had an XPS laptop which had a recall on the battery since it would expand and damage internals. Well, the battery damaged my motherboard and just shut off one day. They offered to replace the battery only. They claimed the battery could not have caused the damage to the motherboard. Lucky for me, my credit card approved an extended warranty claim. Once Dell returned the laptop, some buttons on the keyboard no longer functioned. They were fine before the laptop crashed on me. Again, I had to fight with Dell for them to fix it. Eventually they did after weeks of arguing but they should have covered the initial repair in the first place. I guess it was just a coincidence that both the motherboard and keyboard had issues at the same time that the battery expanded. I've had enough of Dell's shenanigans. I will not support this company in the future and would highly suggest others follow suit.

Horrible. 60 days and G7 Laptop failed. Dell chat doesn't work. Dell call in has no option for failed laptop (only out of warranty). Enter service ID into their system and.....no options for repair... still owe and will be paying $2000 and I have no laptop. Crashes constantly and WiFi adapter failed. Can't wait to deal with their Indian reps (have done this before and I assure you it's horrible) Get an Asus!

I bought an extended warranty that is scheduled to expire July 2020. I contacted the support services on an issue experienced with my laptop April 4, 2019. Almost immediately after speaking with a support specialist, Javier A. Rodriguez A. online, who informed that I someone would follow up with me the next day. It has now been 1 month 10 days later and no support call. Also, the link provided is not working and am unable to follow up on the status of my issue. Dell's support services really sucks.

Dell Inspiron 15 5000 S Purchased a little over two years ago new. Would not open (load), took to a computer repair shop and they said it contained a big gob of glue inside which shouldn't be there. Bottom line it cannot be repaired so it is toast! I did not purchase a re furbished computer, it was brand new.

Awful to say the least. Purchased not one but two desk tops from dell, one out of the box did not even turn on (Quality Control??). The other an XPS had no cd rom as ordered. After speaking with "10" idiots at Dell yes "Ten" I sent an email to Michael and got a reply from a big wig person. I received a new machine for the one that did not work within two days and not two weeks like "customer service" told me. The other one they want me to send it back (doing today) then wait 10-12 days for my account to have the credit and then order another one. So if I am correct I am expected to pay my people for two weeks with nothing for them to do, instead of just sending me a new one and taking the old one back.

Buyer Beware The Dell Laptop Inspiron range may well have faulty hinges. When these break the damage is called "natural wear and tear". My 16 month old laptop that has had light use only now has a broken hinge. After an initial spend of £800 Dell would like another £192 to fix their manufacturing fault. Does this seem fair???? Currys would like £60 plus all parts and labour. Is this the new style customer service?

After several months of researching I thought I found the perfect machine. My Dell XPS arrived, and it didn't even work. It was replaced with one that also didn't work. Now customer service is rude to me and all I want is a working machine or a refund. I do not recommend their products

I bought a Dell laptop (Vestro5481) from Dell France. The PC has been delivered on time, but with Microsoft Office not activated, and Mc Afee not installed. I called the service as per the Dell France website information, got transferred 3 or 4 times, to finally get that it was 5.50 pm (I didn't need the help from Dell to know the time), and that the problem could only be solved the day after (I also purchased the ProSupport 24h a day!!!!). And concerning Mc Afee, Dell answered I have to call Mc Afee!!. Appointment was taken to fix the issue on the day after at 9.00 am. The Dell technician didn't call, and I had to call again,...… Still waiting for the fix. Dell France: NEVER AGAIN!

Purchased my laptop in Feb/March 2019. Ran slow. Called support and spent hours on the phone. After several tries the last word was "it's not a hardware problem". I was transferred to advanced support. They said it's a software problem and I needed to purchase another warranty for the software. REALLY???

DELL is now a very Bad company to buy from. 1. Dell takes orders for equipment it does not have. 2. They give delivery dates that they know are fraudulent. 3. Dell Customer service confirms the delivery when they know the parts are not available. (they try to delay so the cancellation period will lapse. 4. The week of delivery, you get an email saying it is delayed for another 2 weeks (now you are out of cancellation period). 5. If you call customer service (transferred many times) they will not cancel your order because you are" not within the cancellation period." 6. Customer Service says to accept the order - even though it might not get to you within months of original order and just ship it back. 7. Summary - Dell is unreliable and in some cases fraudulent. Their policy is to use your money from the time they ship a cancelled order to the time they process a refund. This could be several weeks. If you multiply this times the number of orders for equipment they did not have, it is in the millions.

Do NOT BUY DELL!!! - from a once loyal customer!!! Dell takes orders for equipment it does not have. Then they give an estimated order delivery, even when THEY KNOW THE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. After calling customer service (within the cancellation period) they assure you that the original date is going to be meet so they DO NOT CANCEL THE ORDER. Then the week of delivery they send an email saying it is delayed another 2 weeks. (you have already passed the cancellation period). After several hours on the phone Customer support says it can no longer CANCEL BUT just take the order whenever it is shipped and return it as soon as you get it. MEANWHILE DELL has use of your money from the time it is shipped to the time they get the bad order back. In most cases this is several weeks. Are we funding DELL with all of the CASH they can use during this period of time. If you multiple this times the number of orders it could be Millions of Dollars. Shouldn't this be illegal??? Is this why they process out of the USA??

Would give it a 0 star rating if this was an option. Terrible experience with purchasing a 2-in-1 laptop. Original delivery date was estimated to be 10 business days after payment. I check the order status 3 business days before estimated delivery date and it was pushed back 2 weeks. I check again before the 2 weeks are up and the delivery date was pushed back another week. After 3 weeks, the order status has been changed to 2 following payment date - that's almost a 3 month delay. I keep calling to get an update on my order and each time, customer service needs to check with the production team and puts me on hold for 5-10 min intervals. I finally request a refund and surprise, customer service needs to contact the production team again. I have yet to receive a refund and there has been no updates on whether my order will even be processed. In my opinion this is fraudulent-like, Dell collects your money, then sits on it for months without delivering the product or offering a refund when you request it. Will never do business with Dell again.
