“I have been with D&G for many years and have had good experience in the past. However I now have an issue with my dishwasher and I’m due for a repair on the 24th of September. The whole idea of being protected is to have the repair completed quickly I think that within a week of reporting the brake down it should be fixed otherwise what is the point in being protected? This has not been the case it will be nearly two weeks before I even get an engineer and there’s no saying that the dishwasher will fixed if spare are needed that he does not have. I pay a large amount of money each month and in my mind the service has deteriorated by a large degree. I need to consider alternatives for the protection of my appliances”

“The engineer arrived on time and set to work out what was wrong. It turned out to be a much bigger job than what was first thought it included new box in the kitchen, new connections off the main box and other work. He kept me informed each step. We can now watch the match on a sunday, if we're on, over Sunday lunch or tea. Fantastic service. Thanks”

“The engineer was sent out within specified time. Pleasant and polite. Was not here long. Still not sure if I can trust fridge freezer as it is coming on for 14 years old. Makes a noise like an early warning sound at night when it's getting back up to temperature.”

“I have had an issue with my washing machine with leaving stains and black marks on my clothes. I have never had this with any washing machine I have had previously. Finally the engineer replaced the rubber and now seems better. I also had an issue with the motor. It took 3 visits before the part was fixed. The engineers who come out are all very polite.”

“The appliance they exchanged went faulty and because was beko and only 3 weeks old beko swapped the new one damaged. Now no more of that one rest smaller freezer so not been replaced yet. So im now in possession of a damaged fridge freezer nothing available from beko simular.”

“Very happy with the repair to my tumble dryer. I’m lost without it and the D & G repair man arranged a quick appointment. I actually had two repair men on the day . They repaired the machine and in addition fitted a replacement glass window in the door. The original was cracked. They not only did the repair but were full of helpful information and very cheerful too. Couldn’t ask for more . Would definitely recommend D & G Appliance insurance.”
