Done has changed my life! I wished I had gotten diagnosed sooner. My nurse practitioner thoroughly listened to me and my struggles and provided great support and feedback. My monthly check ups are easy to manage and understand. I highly recommend getting started, you won’t regret helping yourself. :)

Done has made it easy for me to connect with my care provider and treat my condition from the comfort of my own home. It makes the most out of telemedicine and has definitely been worth it. The registration process was clear and easy to navigate, and everyone from my therapist to the customer support team has been super responsive.

Done. has been a clear path to diagnosis and treatment for ADHD. Working with my psychiatric nurse to start and monitor medication has been life changing. I can't believe that this is what other people's brain's feel like. With Done.'s help, I finally have a start at getting the tools I need to get realistic about my needs and abilities, and reshape my life towards them.

Overall is a great service and concept. I have been able with some trial an error get the right medication for my ADHD. I was struggling to find someone as I moved to a new city and very few doctors were taking new patients or charged over $400 for an initial appointment making it out of my budget. I’m only giving it 4 stars due to the fact sometimes it takes longer to get a response from costumer service but when they do, provide good service

Excellent place which helped my life. I had mental health problems and not only did they treat it but also CURED it. It is very convenient too because you could just talk to them over phone and have the prescription sent to your pharmacy electronically. They are really good and their doctors are very good and anybody who has a mental health problem or thinks they do should check them out so they can get healthy and live a better and happier life.

Been using Done for a few months now. The convenience of online appointments really appealed to me. The doctors I've met have all been very kind and helpful. Any time an issue pops up, the support team resolves in good time and clear communication. The pricing is better than my last online doctor also. Overall, a great organization that's been helping me to become the person I want to be.

Can’t say enough great things about Done., their practioners or support staff. At first appointment my NP listened, asked thoughtful questions and provided thorough information about ADHD and medication options. Getting diagnosed and starting treatment at 35 can seem daunting, but done makes it more manageable! My original prescription was denied by my insurance and thanking the done team worked with my insurance on the prior authorization to figure out why. Long story short it’s now covered thanks to their extra attention .

I was anxious about using a telehealth service to get help managing, but I am so glad I tried Done. I've struggled with my ADHD forever, but have often been able to build-in coping mechanisms for myself to avoid medication. As the demands of my career and, frankly, life in general have significantly increased over the past year or so, I found myself less and less able to keep up. Finally deciding I need to ask for help, I began taking a look at what might be available and found Done. The online-aspect gave me pause, but I read reviews and felt like it was worth a shot. Once I submitted my information, scheduling my first appointment was easy. During the appointment, I was quickly put at ease. I did not feel any judgment, which is what has long been the reason I tried to self-manage instead of seeking professional help. The fact that I was able to have a meeting via the internet was so convenient. I was able to do it right from my office instead of having to travel to a medical office. Overall, the process was smooth and I had no problems communicating, scheduling, etc. After my appointment, I did have a basic question. I submitted it and received a prompt answer. I have only had one appointment so far, but given how well this process has gone for me so far, I am optimistic that I have found a provider that is going to work well for me.

I am pleasantly surprised by this service. During the pandemic, I didn’t feel safe doing an in office visit and so I ended up quarantining without my medication for several months. After reflecting on my mental health and realizing I needed a solution, I found Done and their professional team. They don’t judge, don’t rush, and make you feel well taken care of. I’m very happy with the overall customer support too. The website went through a period of upgrades which made it difficult to request refills but reaching out to customer service always provided a solution. And fast.

Honestly I was a little skeptical at first. I never had any tele-health experience before Done so I wasn't really expecting it to go as well as it did. I had my first appointment a couple weeks ago with my provider, Lauren Ellis and she was really helpful. She listened carefully to my challenges and situation. She explained the different treatment options very thoroughly and so far my treatment plan had been working out really well. Only trouble I've had is when I went to schedule a follow up appointment. The interface made this a bit challenging, but I sent a message to support, and someone got in touch with me almost instantly through email and helped me schedule my next appointment. So far, I am very pleased with my experience with Done.

My doctor is friendly and listened to my needs and prescribed me a treatment plan that has been effective in helping me manage my adhd and successfully function ti complete my daily tasks I was struggling with. Their staff was quick to respond to questions regarding my insurance. The patent portal is straightforward and easy to use. I recommend Done and their team! Thank you!

My practitioner was friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure she answered all my questions before the appointment was over. I had to contact the support team for some help two times and everyone I talked to through email or phone were all very accommodating and made sure to get back to me the same day. I couldn’t be more pleased with Done.

With Done. I was able to quickly access an appointment time with an educated prescriber who has experience with ADD/ADHD patients. We were able to verify my diagnosis and she gave me a prescription to my first ADHD medication! So far, so good. If I have any questions I simply email them and they get back to me in no time. Highly recommend.

My experience with my provider at Done was second to none. For the first time, I felt like someone was really listening to me - and not just listening, but providing feedback, asking thoughtful follow-up questions, and providing me with applicable education. I felt a giant weight off my shoulders after speaking with the provider that I haven’t felt from talk therapy. The low dose medication I have started on has been truly helpful so far. As someone who has moved often in the last 8 years it’s always hard finding providers. I am so happy I took the jump to try Done - a convenient virtual option for top notch care.

I highly recommend using this company for your ADHD questions and concerns. I recently picked up my second prescription and I will highlight the process so far. There is an initial $199 consultation fee (HSA Accepted) that includes the first video conversation with the Provider. My call lasted about 10 minutes where I just explained my situation and history and the NP offered help and suggestions. After our conversation, she forwarded a prescription to my choice of pharmacy and I picked up the prescription a couple hours later. The prescription is reasonably priced, especially if you use GoodRX. After that, the costs include $59 per month (HSA Accepted) for the Done membership and the costs of the prescription. The website layout can be confusing, so I recommend emailing with any questions or concerns. I couldn't figure out how to set up my first month follow-up appointment with my NP, so I emailed the company about a week before and asked for their help. They coordinated times with the NP and we were able to set up an appointment and from there automatically refill my prescription. Pros: Online company, email communication, video calls with Providers (NPs), HSA Payment Accepted, Prescription automatically sent to your pharmacy. Cons: Website layout could be improved

My provider was fantastic and she listened to me and gave me information, but also asked if I had questions and thoroughly answered every one that I had. While the service seemed expensive to me at first, I realized that I could use my HSA card as payment. My HSA provider requested documentation, so I requested a receipt from Done. They sent me one in just a few hours from my initial request through their customer service system. I'm so glad I spent the money on the consultation. And have signed up for the membership (also using my HSA). After all this time, I still felt like there was something "wrong" with me, and using Done. helped me to finally figure out that I had ADD that needed to be acknowledged and treated. I feel like an even better version of myself!

I spent months trying to find a psychiatrist to get evaluated for ADHD only to find out they were all booked for months. I did a bit of research and was able to find Done. and decided to give it a shot. I was able to see a Psychiatric Nurse a few days out and the consultation with her was very pleasant and she was very knowledgable and understanding of my situation. She gave me my treatment which I was able to pick up the next day. I booked a follow up a few weeks later and after consulting with my provider we decided to adjust my dose. Booking a follow up is easy through the portal. After the follow up my treatment was available that night. I am on my 3rd month now and I was able to request for a refill through the portal and the refill was available for pick up the next day. BREAKDOWN: 1. Cost - For Done., there is a $200 fee for the initial consultation and ~$70 per month after that. To see a psychiatrist in person, the Psych I saw 12 years ago cost $200-$250 per visit and I had to see her in person every month. If your insurance does not cover psych visits this is a definite 10/10. 2. Convenience - Your visits with your provider is through Telehealth (video chat) so it is all done in the convenience of your home. Booking follow ups and requesting refills is done through the website. Response time is about a day or two. 10/10. 3. Impact on My Life - Work from Home due to COVID has been difficult for me. I'm constantly behind in my work and lost with what is going on due to not being able to focus and follow what is going on in video conference meetings. Done has helped me get back on track and get the focus I need to succeed in the workplace. Already a bunch of co-workers have noticed the change. Besides work I was able to start Grad school again, but this time i'm able to stay on track with the curriculum. 10/10
