“Customers complain all the time about DoorDash nine times out of 10 these are the lowball orders that nobody wants to take such as drive 10 miles for $3.50 look those tips are not really tips it’s more like a bid to get prompt and good service if you decide to order doordash make sure you leave a decent tip to get your food on time and fresh if not then those consequences are going to happen and for those who live in these huge difficult complicated complexes your best bet is meet the driver outside because no one is going to keep driving around wasting gas trying to find it this causes for immediately dropping it off nearest whatever’s there and when requesting leave at door this is for single family and duplexes not bringing your food to the second and third floor by your apt door this is grounds for leaving right in the lobby or outside by the front entrance door so your best bet is to go get your food yourself!!”

“As a dasher,it would be awesome if you made sure that the tips were bare minimum $5,especially with gas prices so high now and we’re using our personal vehicles to deliver food. Also,make sure the customers *have to double check that the pick up & drop off locations are accurate and precise so that the dashers aren’t wasting time trying to figure out what suite#/building # we are delivering food to,and make sure they include gate code # as well. *Make sure that the time given to deliver food is more than enough with consideration to distance,traffic lights and traffic in general so the customers don’t complain about untimely delivery. Also make sure they include a phone # for the customer,so that we can contact them if anything is wrong with the items received and order on door dash. Over all,it’s not difficult to deliver food from one place to the other. Just make sure it’s worth our time and energy financially having to deal with all the extra time variables going into making this experience excellent for both parties involved with this exchange . “Doordash has problem of changing address, sometimes this is hard because dashers have to drive twice to deliver, and they are not paid for it. Kindly we cannot do anything about it, but I know gas prices are high and is better to keep customer appreciation, but if I’m paid $4 to drop food 2 miles, and I have to go driving 6 miles again because of wrong address. This is always happening to me, and I always deliver, but if someone can ask for change of address, please at least give someone few bucks, than leaving them empty handed, because dashers are not paid for extra hard work.”

“THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH DOOR DASH....I PLACED AN ORDER FOR MY MOM WHO LIVES IN DELAWARE....I LIVE IN PENNSYLVANIA AND I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH DARIUS !!! HE MADE SURE MY MOM GOT HER MEATBALL SUBS FROM WAWA...SHE'S 92 AND WAS SOOOO GRATEFUL WHEN DARIUS SHOWED UP WITH HER ORDER....THANK-YOU DARIUS & THANK-YOU DOOR DASH !! 🙂”

“Anytime I have ever had an issue, doordash quickly resolved the problems. Last night got my food extremely late and delivered to the wrong address. Talked to doordash today and I am super happy that they took the time to talk to me and make it right. I will continue to order and support doordash!! Thank you!”

“I’m a Doordash driver and been doing it until I encountered a very rude customer. The customer made a mistake in entering his address but blamed everything to me and was yelling at my face as if i’m his slave. I hope we could rate the customers too. Just be careful drivers with this customer in this address 6724, 165th place in Tinley Park Illinois.”

“I've been using Doordash for over a year now almost weekly! I work 2 jobs so I usually order at night because I can't leave my desk and I've only had a few minor issues with an item missing and I got a refund. I like this option and for me it's been great!”
