“So I posted a couple days ago about how doordash wouldn’t give me my money back for the desserts I ordered but didn’t get. Door dash still suck because they didn’t do anything about it. I do want to say that Perkins made it right and was wonderful about it all. They ended up giving me a couple whole pies for our troubles. I will always go to Perkins, but door dash has lost another customer. Seems we are dropping like flies. SMH.”

“Dear doordash I am writing this review on behalf of a dasher As we are unable to find out how to provide recommendations to doordash on behalf of Dashers.. It would be a lot easier for dashers to provide customers with prompt delivery service if Doordash would require all customers that live in a gated community to provide the location of the visitor's gate As part of their address when registering for doordash delivery service 9 out of 10 times Google maps through the doordash app will take the dasher to the wrong gate when there are multiple!! Dashers spend so much time driving from from one gate to another before they finally finding the gate for visitor's Customers living in gated communities with multiple entrances should be required to attach the location of the visitors gate to their address. It would not only improve Prompt delivery service by Doordash and Doordash Dashers It would also improve Doordash and Dasher ratings and make life a lot easier for Dashers!!!!”

“I downloaded doordash app to send my son lunch. He's in omaha ne and I'm in utah. I have never used the app and made n error. I did the live chat and they got everything resolved fast and easy. That is so very rare in the world we live in now. This was above and beyond excellent costumer service. Doordash ,you need to be proud of your live chat help. They are amazing.”

“They are far better than uber eats due to their support structure when deliveries go wrong or restaurants make errors. I stopped using uber eats entirely because you can’t even reach anyone.”

“I am a long time customer of doordash! With a family of 8, as busy working parents, doordash can be convenient! When you have an issue and get connected with Customer service that can be challenging! Well today I had a concern about a few, I was passed on through atleast 4 reps until I got Donna! Donna never gave up, she continued on until I understand my dollars spent! I appreciate you Donna!”

“I placed order from wrong restaurant in another town mafia our door dasher still delivered she was cheerful and pleasant even though of my mistake she was a blessing 🙌. My dad is 80 years old and was not feeling well and I was afraid to leave him to go get food from his favorite restaurant but I wanted to surprise him. She made his day thank you for having this service in our community”

“The doordash app or website allows you to get refund faster then calling them. It won't force you to wait. Doordashers that steals food will be banned by doordash and they will use other delivery apps. Customers abusing the refund on apps or website will be banned to. Understanding the app helps instead of pointing fingers.”

“I want to say a few things here as a door dash driver. I door dash in Salt Lake Area. I run west valley to magna, West Jordan to south Jordan. First thing I always want to make sure is communicate with my customer. If there is waiting time pick up order is not ready I contact my customer right away text or call but I talk to them and let them know any possible time wait. I confirm and shot them another message like “ hey I just got your order and I’m heading there asap with a smile. Second, let them know if your dropping off another order but always check miles and distance between them which one is closer drop it off and head to the next one with the order inside the HOT BAG. Always use your hot bag to put customer food inside. I always treat their food as my food make sure it’s nice and warm. Remember communication is number 1 important. Read your instructions carefully before making that drop off. I understand low dips and good dips but be nice and be kind with their food. There good be a child that order this food or maybe someone is disability who only have a small budget for food. There are times I accept $3.50 to run 5-6 miles and when I arrive at the place. My heart drop and it almost make me cry to see the condition of their living how I wish I can buy them more food on the way. I do door dash with my wife and my three little ones in the back. Sometimes my wife question me for that but let me tell you customer and door dasher. If we don’t have Charity toward each other we are nothing. Always wear that smile everyday and be more kind and love to others. There’s this one time I have to do red card order in the shop. After getting the item to the check out the card was decline. Customer didn’t put enough money for their order. I remember I had some extra changes of $7.00 in my car. I completely their order and deliver it to them. When they know what happen and see them happy it’s enough for me. I had made enough for gas and food and enjoy my door dash. To all customer please to the same to us be kind and respect we will do our best to serve you. We can make a change to someone’s life just for being kind and respect.”
