“I recently placed an order through Door Dash for Carrabas, after placing the order I received a message saying the order was canceled $75.03, I thought since they canceled the order it would drop of my card the next day. 3 days later NO REFUND, I ultimately called Door dash and was told my funds was in a credit accountto be used toward my next order HOW DARE YOU - You cancelled the order took my money and now want to keep it THE ABSOLUTE NERVE, I ended up driving to Carrabas curb side $39 LESS refund my money thieves.”

“My order took super long to arrive, which is at fault of mine because I didn't tip. When this happens in other apps, my order just never arrives. But I still received my order and Door dash just sent me a 30% off my next order coupon to make up for the long wait time. I didn't even contact them about it, they just sent it. Great app!”

“I love doing doordash, but some of y'all need to understand something you want someone to travel to bring you food but don't want to at minimum even pay for the gas they are using to do so, you don't tip so most of us don't take the trip....”

“Hi guys' I needed to get a first home loan. The loan company requirements were a credit score from 600 upwards to get the loan, oh no! my credit score was stocked at 460 and I had no clue on what to do to increase my score I had no negatives or late payments on my report, I had 3 credit cards that I needed to pay off but weren't maxed out, I have a car loan and a student loan, but never missed a payment on one, I just didn't know why my credit was so low, I contacted TROVIANCREDITREPAIR@GMAIL.COM they helped me and I'm currently running on a 810, thanks to their great team”

“I love doordash and use it regularly. I live un a high rise. Before, when my meal was delivered i would received a message with a picture of the door number it was left at. Hence, when it was delivered to another appartment, i could go retrieve it. Today, a new message is sent, giving the Google map location : not helpful at all when you have many stories to search !!!”

“I had a food poisoning while home alone and needed activated charcoal, so I used Doordarsh to deliver it to me from Bartel Drugs. The dasher was found within minutes, and I received an item after an hour. Highly recommend, if you are in urgent need of some otc drug but can't go to pharmacy yourself. You guys saved me that day. Thank you!”

“As a college student, it can be difficult to leave my on campus housing simply to go get some food. I frequently use door dash and they are always helpful and even walk my food up to the outside of my dorm where I wait for them once I get the text that they are on the way. I always tip well because I've never had an issue and door dash's convienence is worth the extra fees.”

“I really like DoorDash generally speaking because I don’t have to settle around with top or cash at the door. I thought the Dasher is pretty quick and polite and today I am sick and I ordered all of my medical stuff from the grocery store and they delivered it quickly and I didn’t have to go out and get anybody else sick so excellent job DoorDash.”

“I ordered through DoorDash today and received food that had ingredients that my kids could not eat. The order was made and listed to have just meat, no toppings. I was so reluctant to call, but to my surprise, the representative was so nice and helped to rectify the situation. I definitely will choose DoorDash over UberEats from now on. I appreciate the good customer service.”
