“Rated high so it is seen! Horrible customer service. Anytime I have a problem with food quality or anything wrong they always refund partialy and not the full amount when all the food was bad. And then they add it back to credit instead of the original payment method. Then after they do that, they deactivate my account due to "suspension " how pathetic. I'm so sick of having to reactivate it everytime I want to use it. Door dash sucks and alot of their dashers are just up right horrible at delivering the food. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to deliever my food after pick up when I live 5 minutes down the road. I'd pick it up myself but alot of times it's late and I have kids that are sleeping. I even tip pretty well. But most of the time food is ice cold and gross.”

“I'm handicapped and am homebound, so Door Dash has been a terrific service in order to get a hot meal delivered to my front door. I've used the service for over a year now, and only once was my order messed up enough for me to generate a complaint- my sodas were AWOL- and Customer Service refunded my drink money without any problem (it could have been the restaurant's fault). Sure, they add a few bucks to the bill, but service costs something. Highly recommend them.”

“I have nothing good to say anymore about Doordash. I ordered food tonight and yhe dasher pucked it up and ran all over the west side. And yes I could see it and doordash didn't care. I watched the dasher go from neighborhood to neighborhood over and over for 2 hrs. And on top of all of that doordash wouldn't give me credits to reorder they had to refunded it okay but what made it worse was I was only refunded some of my amount. They left the dasher who stole my food with a 4$ tip that they refuse to give me all because they gave me a 5$ credit for waiting for 2 hrs. Then proceeded to tell me that they can't give me the tip money back because of the credits which should have nothing to do with my amount I paid. I got rip off from not only the dasher who waited for my order to get cnacled but also from doordash itself and there customer support team is rude as hell. They kept endeding our chats every time I brought up my situation. I even have proof with pictures of what the dasher was doing.”

“I had my credit card breached three times through door dash & would not get any reimbursement, apology or any options to make it right. I had proof of the charges , dates and amounts and zero help, I would never use or recommend door dash. Pamela Hamilton ~ nampa, idaho”

“I just wanted to give a good review to my Doordasher Lynette cause she brought me my second order cause the first order was messed up by pizza hut. And Lynette brought me my new 6 piece wing and the bag was tied and stapled shut with the receipt. And that's how it should of been the first time.”

“Had a rough experience with getting my order correct with Chipotle, but once we thought it was nailed down, it wasn't. But that's the restaurant, our Door Dash driver, Autumn, was fantastic. “DoorDash is an excellent app. Everyone has their own opinions on everything. Mine is simple. I can explain it in a even more simple way........ narrowed down to one word, three syllables. CONVENIENT. Not only is it a brilliant idea, but it’s creating ways for people to earn extra cash. My area loves it, and I live in the suburbs.”

“I have had numerous errors with order and I have had refunds. But these 3 last orders came incomplete with missing Sandwhiches or drinks. And took pics to show . Also dasher was present this last time I opened at door and they too said they couldn't help fixing the problem. Uninstalled app”

“I am a door dasher and let me you its not easy at all ,but it could be I know personally that door dasher do steal orders Some never deliver Some will snap a pic of the order at your door and then come back and steal them But the one I hate are the ones that pick up your food never confirming the order picked up the first place ,employees never check to see if they confirmed the order as picked They will then go outside unassign the order and they keep your food Then I get the same order I go to get and I'm waiting Only to be told that someone has already picked it up So believe me there are just some evil people in the world But now I turn to door dash it self Just over 2 weeks ago I joined uber eats note I had over 3336 deliverys at this point on door dash my ratings were really good But once door dash found out I was doing uber eats here's what they did 1) the stole over 800 deliverys from my ratings leaving me 2556 They drop my ratings so low they it took me off as top dasher Now meaning that I could not dash when I wanted to They only give me 30 windows to dash instead of being about to dash all day where and when ever I wanted to . And when I called First they said it was something going on with the system Then when I asked about the 800 deliverys missing from my lifetime deliverys he could.not answer made evey excuse but couldn't answer then he said I never had 3336 I lost it and hung up the phone There ripping us off too I rely on these platforms to make my income but there screwing us also No tips No mileage paid No wait time paid They make up any excuse to kick us off the platform with little to no reason And no playing with the ratings Smdh”

“This was my first delivery order from Sant Ambroeous Madison and the food was delivered from Madison Ave and 78th St to 36th and 3rd. The food came as scheduled and it was still at table temperature to eat. I read all the bad reviews and I wonder what the problem could be. I give Door Dash 5* until it fails. John I”
