“Doordash has problem of changing address, sometimes this is hard because dashers have to drive twice to deliver, and they are not paid for it. Kindly we cannot do anything about it, but I know gas prices are high and is better to keep customer appreciation, but if I’m paid $4 to drop food 2 miles, and I have to go driving 6 miles again because of wrong address. This is always happening to me, and I always deliver, but if someone can ask for change of address, please at least give someone few bucks, than leaving them empty handed, because dashers are not paid for extra hard work.”

“THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH DOOR DASH....I PLACED AN ORDER FOR MY MOM WHO LIVES IN DELAWARE....I LIVE IN PENNSYLVANIA AND I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH DARIUS !!! HE MADE SURE MY MOM GOT HER MEATBALL SUBS FROM WAWA...SHE'S 92 AND WAS SOOOO GRATEFUL WHEN DARIUS SHOWED UP WITH HER ORDER....THANK-YOU DARIUS & THANK-YOU DOOR DASH !! 🙂”

“Anytime I have ever had an issue, doordash quickly resolved the problems. Last night got my food extremely late and delivered to the wrong address. Talked to doordash today and I am super happy that they took the time to talk to me and make it right. I will continue to order and support doordash!! Thank you!”

“I’m a Doordash driver and been doing it until I encountered a very rude customer. The customer made a mistake in entering his address but blamed everything to me and was yelling at my face as if i’m his slave. I hope we could rate the customers too. Just be careful drivers with this customer in this address 6724, 165th place in Tinley Park Illinois.”

“I've been using Doordash for over a year now almost weekly! I work 2 jobs so I usually order at night because I can't leave my desk and I've only had a few minor issues with an item missing and I got a refund. I like this option and for me it's been great!”

“My family & I have had the most wonderful experience with doordash. Every delivery person has been absolutely Amazing! THEY GO ABOVE & BEYOND! We are lucky to be in such a wonderful area with GREAT people! We Always tip well, these folks are top notch ...& DESERVE IT! THANK YOU DOOR DASH TEAM FOR HELPING A TIRED MOMMA get dinner on the table with out all the fuss & mess to clean up! You guys are very much appreciated...You are AWESOME!”

“Love doordash usually all my orders came out good except for 1 at checkers easy to solve and the people who operate doordash are very kind and understanding. The only things if that you can't use food stamps for certain places that except EBT at. All the people who work for doordash are amazing I would have to say best delivery.”
