11-22-2021 Today I ordered from Pho Mimosa here in Snohomish, WA. My DoorDash Driver, Joe, is one reason I will continue to do business with DoorDash. He was professional, courteous, and communicative. I’ve had my share of issues with ALL delivery services in the past few years but remain impressed with DoorDash due to the quality of delivery drivers we have been fortunate to have. Thanks, Joe!

My door dash driver Alison.Went above and beyond when McDonald's forgot my dipping sauce.she actually went back just to get it.excellent driver and excellent delivery

I’ve had no problems. Ofc it takes a while to deliver considering the time the restaurant makes ur order and then the dasher shows up and drives to ur house. Ur paying for the convenience people.

I am a doordash driver. Unfortunately we are the individuals blamed for most of the mistakes made by the restaurants and the doordash apps. Sometimes the maps take us to the wrong address, the restaurant messes up the order or the customer gives us the wrong address. They will forget to give us the gate code, or apartment number, or gave us their work address instead of their home address. Traffic, construction, bad weather, many things can contribute to a less then perfect experience. But please know that most drivers want you to be happy, we want to get it right but sometimes outside forces beyond our control can play a large part in the overall experience. I have been with the company for over 6 years, I enjoy it very much but I have seen many different scenarios and the most important thing is patience on the part of the driver and the customer.

I'm sure there are bad issues. I've never had one, but I tip according to the distance. They pay for gas and taxes. If you want to be cheap, just go get it yourself.

I love working for door dash but i wish that the customers would understand that most of the times we have to wait for their food when we get their also there is traffic sometimes we do ask if all the food is there cause we can't look inside and the workers say yes so we go by what they say also to let every one that the maps we use to find there homes or places take us wrong ways so sadly so i have to call to find out were to go or use my side map user to find them these maps not on task 😥 I am grateful for the understanding customers 💖

It is the best service. Most of their drivers snap photos of where an order is dropped. I pick this over grub hub.

My experience with Doordash has been exceptional so far. Orders picked up and delivered were right on time, hot and fresh. Highly recommend.

Delivery person, Marcus, was very nice, he texted me before and after he arrived. He was also very prompt, food was still warm, etc.

Wow. I can't believe all these negative doordash reviews. Yes, sometimes they get it wrong, but they always make up for it. After the first time I had a problem, when they replaced the entire order, I've been sold. I ordered a frozen margarita the other night and they sent an iced one instead. I catalogued it in the app, and they offered me a credit. Totally fair. Love doordash.

Driving for Doordash I'm gonna give a 5 star because it hasn't been exactly terrible but there are some places that could update the systems apps so that the directions are correct taco bell in Decatur constantly has a customer telling me there are items missing from the order. Today in Walgreens my Red card didn't go through the first time but it did go through on the second try. I'm a driver and I do go above and beyond I will go out of my way if something is missing to go back get the missing items and make sure the customer gets everything they ordered to try and please them. Today I showed up at Banditz in Decatur and the store was closed for some reason and informed me that he forgot to update his computer so doordash wasn't supposed to have orders coming through but in fact did somehow? I'm not sure who was responsible but I contacted the customer and informed him of the problem I also got on with doordash support and let them know what happened and said the customer needs a refund right away I did everything I could at that point. I'm not sure who had a problem with my service because I'm new to doordash I don't appreciate rude customers and I also don't appreciate whatever customer it was that suddenly gave me a 1 star rating none of it was my fault but I do care and if I could rate the customer you get zero stars today 👍👍👍 but to the customers that make this job worth using gas. Thank you very much!!!

I love door dash. So much better than grub hub. Actually let's me know when the order is received when it's being. Made when the driver gets there when he/she picks up and is on their way to me and texts me after they drop it off. I recommend door dash more than grub hub. A little pricey but it's worth it

Keep in mind when ordering from a delivery service. If driver's are losing money we will not have delivery service around much longer. The delivery drivers are not paid much. They NEED tips to make money. So remember this is a premium service not just a privilege. If you don't have the money to tip then you probably don't have the money for the service because these drivers do not get paid enough to deliver food for free to you. Yes you pay a fee for ordering but that's the delivery company's money not the drivers. The driver stuck in the Middle needing you to tip in order to make it worth it. I think it should be a fee for the driver to deliver the order. The tip should be a tip by its self not how they are paid.

To be honest....all my dashers have been wonderful. Restaurants however....not so much. I’ve nerves had any issues with getting a refund when there was a problem or something forgotten.

I absolutely LOVE door dash! I already knew it before but after trying other delivery services like Uber eats and postmates did it really help kick in that appreciation for door dash! When I need to cancel an order I never get charged I just get told I can or if it’s after a certain time I can’t (completely understandable) go to Uber eats they charge you half your order price (or 6.35) for cancelling an order even within the first MINUTE if you notice something is wrong on the receipt (which is normally just a mess up on their app) and talk to someone on Uber eats?! Oh no doesn’t happen unless you cancel your order and pay the fee. Door dash has always been great about chat and responding and refunding when the time was right or something was wrong with your order not to mention the drivers are quick and within minutes you have a driver assisted! Uber eats took me over an hour and a half to assign a driver and they wouldn’t even give me credit until it has been almost TWO hours and and if I cancelled before that, charge. Doordash doesn’t do that!!! Never had I had to complain about my order being late! It’s usually always picked up in a timely manner and delivered and I’ve never had the issue of having to worry about cancelling because I waited over an hour. I’ll NEVER make the mistake again ordering thru another carrier Thank you DoorDash! You are truly amazing!
