“Doordash has been a great option for us, especially during this last year of quarantine. The only complaint I have is that their prices tend to be slightly higher than ordering from the restaurant directly. But most of the restaurants don't offer delivery, and I've also tried a handful of new restaurants I might not have tried had I not used the app.”

“I'm both a driver and a customer I treat every delivery like it it was my own and go out of my way to make sure my customers have hot fresh food in a timely manner. As a customer my driver's have always been prompt. And followed directions well. Even paying attention to special requests.”

“They are great! Whenever there has been an issue they take ownership and take care of the problem, unlike ubereats and DoorDash even has actual reps that have a customer service phone number! I will never use ubereats again but DoorDash I will”

“This is from Oceanside CA, Mission Del Oro Rd area, the "Dasher" driver and his partner threw a glass bottle and cursed racial slurs at my neighbor , after being told to remove his delivery vehicle from my neighbor's WELL MARKED parking spot. Look out for two Hispanics in a new black Honda civic!!!!”

“I think Doordash make it right all the time. Just some of the customers not to say everyone complains for every single thing. One example: cold food is not a problem when you can reheat your food, some people want to be full refunded for this which is absurd. Please use your heads to resolve your own situations and stop blaming restaurants, dashers and customer support who works really hard every day giving refunds, credits for every single reason. Some people just want free food and don’t think in the restaurants and the dashers. Very disappointing situation when people throw their food because is cold when there is people who don’t have anything to eat. Other delivery companies does not offer customer service to help immediately, the main reason of all this bad reviews is because the people will be always dissatisfied.”

“I have ordered from Door Dash more times than I can count. The app is easy to use and the service is fast. When there is a problem with the food the app makes it simple to correct the problem. The few times I needed to talk to an agent they were always polite and helpful. I have used other services but this one is my favorite. Their fees are also very reasonable. I use the dash pass and that saves me a lot of money every month. I highly recommend Door Dash.”

“I Love DoorDash! DoorDash gives drivers the opportunity but we as the customer decide how successful they are by what they put into their job. Their free promotion hooks you with five star service through their drivers. It does change though when you continue the service at regular price per delivery. You need to be patient and wade through the one star drivers. Remember, YOU decide who stays and who goes. We have the monthly plan for unlimited deliveries and the more we rate the drivers means the more we use the service. We now have perfect five star service every time.”

“So, I had sent my order through forgetting to add a tip. I called the customer service help line and within a 2 minute phone conversation was able to: speak to a representative, add a tip, and receive a conformation email. Absolutely amazing and friendly service!”

“Well I'm a dasher to start and have ordered several times before I was dashing. I've read several issues here and understand where everyone is coming from. I strive to make every dash as it was my food. Not trying to brag, but I hold a 5 star rating and food is on time 96% of the time. 4% is cause restaurants take awhile sometimes. Thank you to all the customers out there.”

“My agent was Chonalyn and she was wonderful. We had tech difficulties and the line disconnected. I was unaware but she called me right back. I had failed to apply my promo just received this week when I placed my order, but she went above and beyond to make me happy after my order was already placed. Thank you so much for helping me today!”

“We have been ordering through Door Dash for years and we love them. We never have a problem with any deliveries or with orders. Everything works out perfectly. The drivers are courteous, professional and friendly. We are grateful for this service and these drivers. So many places to choose from and great discounts and perks. Prices ate very reasonable and food quality is great. Had to get a refund a couple of times and it was done immediately. Highly recommend Door Dash.”

“My deliverer Melody was AMAZING!! We where being pretty loud, hence not hearing the knock on the door to inform us our food was here. Bless her heart she just kept knocking, and knocking; each time a little louder, until, finally we heard it. Genuine, sweet person who yet stayed and watched to make sure we heard her, because she didn't want our food to get cold. Thank you Ms. Melody for being well, truly sweet.”
