So, I had sent my order through forgetting to add a tip. I called the customer service help line and within a 2 minute phone conversation was able to: speak to a representative, add a tip, and receive a conformation email. Absolutely amazing and friendly service!

Well I'm a dasher to start and have ordered several times before I was dashing. I've read several issues here and understand where everyone is coming from. I strive to make every dash as it was my food. Not trying to brag, but I hold a 5 star rating and food is on time 96% of the time. 4% is cause restaurants take awhile sometimes. Thank you to all the customers out there.

My agent was Chonalyn and she was wonderful. We had tech difficulties and the line disconnected. I was unaware but she called me right back. I had failed to apply my promo just received this week when I placed my order, but she went above and beyond to make me happy after my order was already placed. Thank you so much for helping me today!

We have been ordering through Door Dash for years and we love them. We never have a problem with any deliveries or with orders. Everything works out perfectly. The drivers are courteous, professional and friendly. We are grateful for this service and these drivers. So many places to choose from and great discounts and perks. Prices ate very reasonable and food quality is great. Had to get a refund a couple of times and it was done immediately. Highly recommend Door Dash.

My deliverer Melody was AMAZING!! We where being pretty loud, hence not hearing the knock on the door to inform us our food was here. Bless her heart she just kept knocking, and knocking; each time a little louder, until, finally we heard it. Genuine, sweet person who yet stayed and watched to make sure we heard her, because she didn't want our food to get cold. Thank you Ms. Melody for being well, truly sweet.

I’ve had three bad experiences with the drivers for DoorDash. It seems as if their not using their GOOGLE MAPS or MAPS by APPLE to locate my exact address. Twice the drivers have indicated that my food was dropped off. When texting or contacting via phone they told me either it’s not their fault that they had the correct address or they couldn’t see because it was dark so they left it by the house that was closest to mine hoping that a neighbor would read the receipt and bring it to me. Just this past Friday I experienced the same thing. Only the driver didn’t respond by replying to my text or answering his cell phone. I was out of a good bit of money. Fortunately I called customer service all three times and the situation was resolved. Customer service has always been there for the pickup when I was let down.

I’m a frequent DoorDash customer. My experience has been very good this far. On a couple of occasions the restaurant (not the DoorDasher) have gotten one or two side items mixed up... but nothing to get upset over. The time frame delivery I believe is based on the restaurant you order from and day of the week due to a high volume of customers/orders. In addition, I have also come to estimate adding an additional 10-15 minutes extra delivery time. I have to keep in mind there is traffic and other obstacles that may take place on the way to delivering my food. The two most recent experiences are where the restaurants really made an error on my main course meals. I called both the restaurants and DoorDash customer service to get the issue resolved. Door Dash immediately apologized and offered a refund on my incorrect items or DoorDash credit. I accepted the DoorDash credit, as I am a frequent DoorDash customer. On one occasion the restaurant even offered to redeliver my entire order at no additional expense and include desserts. I accepted this offer (for my incorrect items only!) because they went above and beyond, along with an apology! My point, instead of automatically getting upset look for a way to try and resolve the issue with the restaurant and/or DoorDash. We take a chance when we order through any food delivery app. The DoorDashers are providing us a service by delivering our food... otherwise get in your own car and pick up your own food! Hope this review works for some. BE SAFE!!

Door dash is really good I got my order wrong and my dasher literally went out there way to make sure I got what I needed I love door dash they really care for customers and there satisfied! Definitely a 5 star for me 🌟

From ordering the whole range of services available they are the only service that will fix your order if anything should go wrong. I think they are better than all the rest, they definitely have proven to me they do care about you and your food.

Well I have always had good service maybe because we tip well and I was miles from the store that i ordered from i guess if you don't tip well you get what you pay for and if you don't tip from what i hear you won't get your food door dash sent pay by the hrthey pay by the run which is 3 bucks or less or more bit people have to think gas is not free so tip your driver I know there is some rude drivers may you should report them but how ever we have had good drivers think of it this way does you job pay for gas well kinda but it's in a check on payday and you sit in one place while at work these drivers are always on the move wasting gas for no tip tells me your values are not there ever so think about that I know people that work in places where orders are picked up from and have heard no tip no delivery

It is not the Dasher's fault if the restaurant messes up an order, shorts an item or makes awful food. Most restaurants in our area give the drivers food in sealed containers or sealed bags. Do you really want the delivery person rifling through the food? Complaints should be directed at the restaurant. It's amazing how many stupid customers there are out there. If a driver delivers to a wrong address, that's another issue. There are stupid Dashers too. Almost all of these reviews reflect blame going in the wrong direction.

The problem with you people is that you don’t communicate with your Dasher about your order. Many times as a Dasher I will rectify the situation by offering a cash refund or going back to the restaurant to grab any missing items. Y’all are a joke.
