“I had a problem and do not receive my complete order and I was so upset to have to complain! I called and spoke with the customer support person! I was so happy with the way I was treated and the professional attitude and kindness that she showed ! I use door dash regularly and I have NEVER had a problem in the past ! The resteraunt was terrible and blamed the dasher, I am so thankful that door dash handled it so greatly! I will give them 5 stars ⭐️! Thank you door dash for your customer compassion and support !!! “My business is shut down for now because of the pandemic so I decided to drive for Door Dash since May. I don't understand all the complaints and bad deliveries. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to pick up an order on time follow the customers directions and deliver in the amount of time. Minor problems do occur. If so you call or text the customer to give them a heads up. Be nice and smile. Idk sounds easy to me 🤣”

“PLEASE READ: At around 2:30 pm today, a skinny, brown and long haired girl wearing a crop top and sweatpants working for doordash (maybe 18 years old) came out of her red car today. She came to Waterford Trails and arrived on Ocklawaha Drive in Orlando, Florida. She asked for a phone charger because her phone was dead and she needed to deliver food to customers. She was very nice and promised to return it back to our mailbox. We checked back today and we found the phone charger and she had placed her $3 cash tip from her customer. I request the management of doordash and all customers/friends to try and find/recognize her and give her an appropriate holiday raise. P.S she was nice and friendly and overall, a very good person”

“DoorDash cannot help that restaurants get orders wrong. I ordered a French Dip from Arby's but received a plain roast beef sandwich. Customer service happily and quickly resubmitted my order. When it arrived, I received a second plain roast beef sandwich. I contacted customer service again. They put a credit on my account. I ordered a French Dip from a different restaurant. It was terrible. None of these things are the drivers' fault. The delivery time was reasonable. Customer service was ready to address any issues I had.”

“I have ordered from skip in the past, and after 3 orders not being delieverd and one thrown in the bushes outside our home we were done. We tried door dash and it has been FANTASTIC! the drivers in my city are polite and go above and beyond when it comes to finding my home and communication. Not once has my food been mishandled nor not arrived at my home. Thank you, and I apreaciate you all.”

“Our dasher, Fabio Moura, was fantastic and gets 5 stars(and hopefully a raise!). The restaurant gets 1/2 a star. It took 1hr 45 minutes to get the food we ordered in Olney, MD and 5 minutes to deliver it. The poor guy had to wait and wait and wait for them to complete the order. We were really appreciative that Fabio took the time to text us to keep us updated as to the restaurant's slowness. Sure hope we get Fabio again as a Dasher!”

“Doordash is saturated with drivers. There is always someone available. That being said drivers dont accept orders if the pay is not right. So chances are if you waiting hours for your food you low balling the tips. Stop being cheap and stop ya crying. You want your food either go get it yourself or tip the driver making the order worth his time. Its not Doordash fault either because they recommend a decent tip based off order and mileage but than you change that smh stop being cheap. Sick of seeing people cry but tipping driver $2 to drive 10 miles smh”
