“I'm a driver for DD and I just want to let you all know I've been doing this for 4 days. My wife and I team up to help every one get the food they order. I deliver 20min before scheduled most of the time if not on time. I know it's a difficult time we are all in but please be patient. Not all of us are bad. I have had my share of people stealing my orders. I've almost done 100 deliveries and I work every day till 3am just to make sure you all are happy. Thank you and have a nice day.”

“I am a doordash driver. Not because I need the money, I am trying to support our local restaurants, so they Might survive this mess we are all in. People blame the driver for the situation the restaurant business is in, 99% of the deliveries I make must now be picked up in the drive thru, or wait in a line at the curb until someone brings the food out. This in many cases can take 20-30 minutes. It is not the drivers fault that your food is late, cold, or the order is not correct. We have no way of knowing if the put the wrong items in your order, you ordered beef, but you got chicken. The best we can do in most cases is count the items , to be reasonably certain everything is there. Please don't blame the driver because you got sweet tea and you ordered unsweet, or you didn't get your cheese dip with your chips. Without exception if I ask about the extra salsa or cheese dip etc,, I am told it is in the dinner box. If it is not I feel terrible, but it is 100% out of my control and 100% out of the control of doordash. And the restaurants are working with skeleton crews. When I pick up at Chili's , Applebee's or wherever 3-4 people are trying to the job of what used to take 15 people. If you don't like the service don't use it. You can get you gloves, mask, and hand sanitzer, and YOU can go out and face this madness”

“The first time we used door dash our order never arrived as the driver delivered to the wrong address. While that wasn’t such a great start; the DoorDash help chat rep was extremely helpful and fast in refunding cost of meal and delivery. We just tried DoorDash for the 2nd time from the same restaurant and delivery was fast & dasher was courteous! We’ll definitely use door dash again....thank you.”

“Wow lot of cry babies on this rating system. I give you 5 stars for staying open during this pandemic. 5 stars for not charging restaurants during these times, and 5 stars for giving these entitled Americans a way to get food without leaving their house. Good job and thank you.”

“Love love LOVE DoorDash!!!! Had a horrible experience with another company who never brought our food and still took my money! DoorDash was able to get us our food within 20 mins & after waiting 3hrs with the other company it meant a lot to us! Drivers are friendly & I wouldn’t suggest another delivery service!”

“Could not express how much I love DoorDash!!! They are lower cost than competitors & deliver way faster! I had a horrible experience tonight with another company who just didn’t deliver our food after 3 hours and when I placed the order with door dash it was here in 20 mins! Friendly service! Will order again!”

“I ordered dinner on 3/20/20 from Boston Market in Jackson Heights, NY at app. 6:30 p.m. I was told to expect my delivery at appr. 7:45. My food was delivered early, at 7:15 p.m. by a very polite dasher. The food was hot and delicious. I was most pleased at the service I received.”

“Stop telking people DD sucks. If youre getting food cold or late uts not door dash driver its the merchant who cant handle door dash demand. The driver can get deactivated once he has too many late deliveries and that can happen with 4-5 continuous runs. I DD for a living and i make it a priority to get orders fast as possible. The thing that holds me up is the Merchant or heavy traffic.”
