“I am 6 weeks into self quarantine and sick of cooking. I thought I could order directly from the vendor-- Chik-Fil-A--- rather than use a third party, but I Chik-Fil-A's site was misleading in saying THEY would deliver. I ended up using Door Dash for the first time. My order was here in 15 minutes (hot and enticing) and the driver followed my directions explicitly. "Leave in door and knock." I wish I knew exactly who he was and if Door Dash wants to investigate, feel free to reach out to me. He deserves recognition. Long story short, I had my doubts about third party delivery services but I was more than satisfied and thankful. I will try this again.”

“I work for doordash for over a year. Yes, there are app problems sometimes that are beyond the delivery drivers control. Also we are given a computer generated time for pick up and drop off. This does not take into consideration long lines at the fast food drive thrus just to get to place the order for the customer then having to wait for the restaurant to get the order ready. It does not account for traffic or detours either. It also does not account for the numerous times the customer puts west instead of east for the street name or when they give an ambiguous location..behind the fish market on market Street up a ramp behind a green house...but the address wasn't actually on market st...when really if they just put the right address to begin with their Dasher would find it much quicker.. it also doesn't consider problems with finding parking in the more congested urban areas..this happens at least 2 times a day in an 8 hour shift.. 6 days a week for me. But somehow the Dasher should be able to decipher the address and magically know exactly what the customer meant or the driver is considered stupid!!??? Really!!?? If u only knew what ridiculousness ur driver deals with between the restaurants screwing up the orders, the driver arguing for you the customer to get the correct order..the unclear addresses..and all the traffic and parking problems as well. Yes if u order McDonald's and u r seven miles away during rush hour from McDonald's by the time the order gets to u..it's going to be a soggy brown paper bag that's filled with luke warm food. Why don't people know that!? When u drive ur fast food home urself isn't it a soggy luke warm bag of wilted food!? Why do u think it would be different if a delivery driver brings it!? We do our best with thermal bags to keep it warm..but people expect their delivered fast food to be steamy hot after a seven mile drive! That unrealistic even in the best of circumstances. And yes! Ice cream and shakes melt and hot drinks get cold! If u order ice cream and expect it not to melt...ur unreasonable! Please! Just give ur address and then if it's a business..write the name of the business..it's very simple! And if ur in a weird hard to find location..help ur driver out if they text u and ask for a cross street or a landmark! Ignoring my texts when I ask for ur help only makes delivering ur food take longer! And also, it is covid 19 we are under quarentine as a nation..your Dasher is putting their health at risk to help u out during these uncertain times. Tip them! We r bringing u ur food so u can stay at home safe! Also when u type leave at my door. I follow ur instructions. I also send a text. If u choose that option for me to leave it at ur door..then expect it to be outside where it is getting cold more soggy and left outside for anyone to walk by and take. If it's raining and u tell ur driver to leave it outside...ur food will get wet! If ur driver sent u a text and told u ur food is outside ur door and it takes u ten minutes to go outside and get it..yup! It will be melted, soggy, and cold by then. Not ur drivers fault! If u have never been in this type of business then u have no idea the things we deal with. You have no idea of how the system works or how difficult it is at times. Please be kind considerate and compassionate to ur driver. Some of us are college educated hard working moms who lost their job due to covid. We are doing this to help out our community and to be able to support our families after our jobs have been ripped out from underneath us. Please be patient and kind as some of us are doing our best!”

“I love DoorDash! They are always on time if not early, Dashers ALWAYS follow my food and delivery special instructions! If there is something missing or wrong with my order it is not questioned like with other delivery companies, I receive an immediate credit to my account and can move on with my day!! The Dashers are very friendly and considerate. I also appreciate the continual updating of new venders to choose from! The experience I receive from this company always makes me happy! Rock on DoorDash!!! You have a loyal customer for life. By the way for you skeptics order from Postmates or GrubHub a few times and you will see exactly what I mean.”

“I totally love it!! I been ordering with Doordash for almost 6 months and I totally love it! I never had a problem! I guess all the drivers for my orders are been super professional! So no everyone it’s the same! I always have a very good experience with them! The food it’s Always at time , and warm ! But of course I always make sure to tip very well so they are for sure very happy to delivery my order! So yes 5 🌟 for DOORDASH! And all you drivers! Thansk so much for be out there risking and anyways trying to do the best y’all can! God bless y’all!💯❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“If there was a zero star option I would select that. About $12 worth of food never made it to us, their reaction was pretty much better luck this time, not our problem. and would not arrange for someone else to pick up missing food, 1 week later $5 refund. Most recently got a call from the most unprofessional human I've ever spoken with who started the call saying, "ya they don't have this part of your order." I asked to speak with someone more professional and they hung up, needless to say I canceled my order. I will NEVER use door dash again.”

“I ordered a order from Little Caesars and doordash delivered they were very fast light the food was warm and in good condition I have no complaint they were even faster than other local pizza restaurant delivery time”

“I ordered from Bob Evans less that 2 miles from my home at 3:30. Delivery time estimated 4:05. At 4:10 I called the driver Jerry with no answer and no call back as I requested. At 4:30 I called the restaurant and was told my food was sitting there since 3:55. I told her to cancel delivery. As I got to Bob Evans Lk Wales Fl, another driver, Cheryl, was coming out and asked my name. She said she just got the order. It wasn’t her error. I will not use Door Dash again!!”

“I ordered my food from Popeye's and never received it. Door Dash took my money and didnt deliver my order. And now I can't reach anyone to make a complaint. This company should be ashamed of themselves and I will never support another restaurant who uses them as a 3rd party deliverer until I get my money back”

“I am a doordash driver. If you tip high in the app then the first available doordash driver will accept your order and take it to you quickly. If you don't tip well in the app then no driver will accept your order and your food will float around in the system for hours. THATS WHY YOUR FOOD DOESN'T GET DELIVERED ON TIME”

“We ordered food from you the other night & it was the most amazing 😉 experience ever ! The food was HOT 🥵 THE FRIES 🍟 WERE DELICIOUS 😋 THE BURGERS 🍔 WERE UNBELIEVABLY HUGE AND THE DELIVERY 🚚 DRIVER WAS EARLY!!!! We were blown away ! Also! The PACKAGING 📦 WAS beautiful! The bags 💼 were in perfect condition! Not wrinkled anywhere & the bags were actually “fancy” compared to regular McDonalds order! We even called McDonalds and tired to go there 1st but they were closed !!! Just wanted to say Thank you so much! We had a wonderful 1st Experience with Door 🚪 dash ! We don’t honestly order like this much bC we are watching our pennies but when we do order we will order from You !”

“I used Door Dash all the time . Last night I ordered from Cheesecake Factory .The food was the worst I've ever had !! I got in touch with Door Dash, help site for their help with a refund or credit . I couldn't believe how I was just dismissed , said they would not help me. After several texts they told me I would receive a credit but wouldn't tell me in what manner .Finally I was told that they would review this and get in touch in 2-3 days. What a joke , I won't hold my breath...”

“We ordered two Easter dinners from Bob Evans the day before Easter Sunday to be delivered Easter Sunday. There was a two hour delay at the restaurant and the driver kept in touch with me so I knew exactly what was going. As soon as the order was ready he delivered it promptly. The Door Dash delivery service was excellent and I definitely will use them again. Just wish the restaurant would have done a better job of alerting customers to the delay.”

“Of all the times I used DoorDash, there was not a time that I felt displeased with my service. The DoorDashers are usually really nice, sometimes they get lost because my house is next to a building, but other than that, they've always gotten my order correct, always been kind to me, and the customer service always responds to me when I have to contact them and they genuinely help. For the first time, I was displeased with my food from Outback the other day. Paid $70 hoping for a nice meal on a special occasion. My DoorDasher was early to pick it up and drop it off & she was a very nice woman. But the food was mushy and cold, and my steak wasn't cooked medium rare, heck, it was barely rare. The best part about the meal was the free bread they give you and my salad. Doordash gave me almost a full refund in credits as an apology, even though it wasn't their fault it was Outback's, but still. I wont be getting Outback again. But I will always love using Doordash.”

“I am so happy with DoorDash my mother is 83 she lives in Ocala Florida but I live in Pittsburgh PA had DoorDash delivered to her it was Popeye's I called her when it arrived to hear how it made her feel brought tears to my eyes she so happy so make someone's day use DoorDash thank you for your service 💗💯”
