“Not sure why all of you have such bad luck? As a college student, I have ordered around $2000+ worth of food on DoorDash in the past two years, and never once had a complaint. My food has always been delicious, warm, and appropriate. I have ordered DoorDash to libraries, my house, etc. The Door Dashers are always so nice about leaving my food in specific locations sometimes. I once even needed a refund due to the order not being delivered, and DoorDash was happy to give it to me. I love it so much! Sorry all of you have such bad luck tho! It's been excellent for me!”

“My Doordash driver was Amy in San Antonio, Tx..Live Oak area. She was early as usual with my order. I get her 2 times a week usually. Little Caesars and Wingstop. I never have an issue or complaint. She brings all the extras as well. I will keep ordering as long as services stay prompt.”

“Door dash is an incredible service. The app is easy to use and the drivers are clean and respectabile! Food was delivered very fast all three times I've used it. Had to cancel one order and was credited back to my credit card in 30 minutes.. AWESOME 👍!!”

“Horrible Service, After placing the order, someone from DD gave me a call and said there would be an up-charge of 2.50 for extra sauces, no big deal... but my bank account was charged 2 EXTRA times!! 39.03 + 42.16 + 39.03 ... they then tried to tell me they would give me a credit, NO!! Not when the driver forgot part of my order, ((3 chicken bowls, an order of soup but NO Shrimp.)) and It took me OVER AN HOUR to reach anyone at DD to get the rest of my food delivered..Who ever is in Customer Service at Doordash needs better communication skills, It took forever to understand anything that was being said and they just put you on hold before you can even ask a question.. Will NEVER use them AGAIN!”

“First of all let me just say I have never had a problem with Door Dash orders. People that complain remember people are picking up and driving you food. If you do not tip your order will bounce around and door dash will slowly add more money. I know it says it is not mandatory to tip, but so is a waitress. Would not tip a waitress. Or a bellhop, furniture mover. Your driver is battling traffic using their car and gas. Consider that they next time you order. Have a good night.”

“I just want to show appreciation and acknowledgement to Ms.Blanca. I work in Plainview NY and never been anymore satisfied with my order. Not only was my order delivered on time but also with a beautiful smile and an amazing personality. I felt it was extremely necessary to leave a 5 star review for such great service. “First time using DoorDash. I chose a restaurant that had a 30-40 minute delivery time. When I placed my order at 6:30pm, the estimated delivery time was 10:31pm. In a panic, I clicked on the help screen and clicked on 'cancel order'. The message said the order was already being processed and I would receive the processing fees back ($13 of a $42 order). I didn't cancel but when I found this site and the horror stories, I could only keep my fingers crossed. A short time later a delivery person was assigned the order. I was able to follow the driver's location on the map and had my food delivered 40 min later. (It so happened that I was on the west coast and my computer is set at east coast time!) Food was hot and driver, Raymond, was super pleasant. I guess the service depends on the area!”

“This is an awesome idea and since downloading the app I have used the service 3 times in a week! It’s a no hassle delivery service, no money exchanged in person, when your driver pulls up, they hand your food and leave. Tip is added when you pay during checkout. Love this service!!”

“It took 1 hour (from the order confirmation, to the actual delivery). This is a legit company. My coffee was exactly that way that I ordered it. The driver was friendly and apologized for my wait. I definitely recommend this company to anybody. I am an adult with autism who does not drive. It is nice to know I have this option available if I am ever hungry and can have food delivered to me!!”

“I am a doordasher and customer, and have been pleasantly surprised at how well they work, in my area at least. The orders we have placed were prompt and perfect. Friendly and professional drivers. Please know that drivers don't make money unless they are making deliveries, so if it takes a looong time to get your order, it is usually circumstances beyond the driver's control. Bad traffic, super busy or slow restaurant service, or sometimes app issues, or multiple deliveries that get hung up somewhere. It is frustrating to everyone when things don't go right. Yes, there are bad drivers out there, but they don't usually last long, because it is hard work.”

“I was worried about trying door dash at first because of all the bad reviews, but was hungry and don't have a car. Also, too cold outside for me to want to walk anywhere. I made an order online, and right away, there was a window updating me on my food's adventure. (Ordered, driving to restaurant, picking food up etc...) It showed a map during the process with how close the delivery driver was to me and also the name and number of the driver in case I had to reach them. The food got to my place for when I wanted it, it was still super hot and the driver was nice and left quickly. I'm very glad I tried this service and will absolutely be using it again. Maybe I was just lucky? I also pre-tipped on the website, so maybe that helps with motivation as well.”

“My experience was impressed. I ordered Little Ceasar Pizza, and it used Doordash, which I was a bit skeptical, but My doordash delivery guy John M was extremely polite and delivered on time, so long as you detail specifics to the restaurant to prevent delays. Feel much better about Doordash.”
