“Never recieved my meal from a Chinese Restaurant legit 30 seconds away from my front door and have a broken foot so I cant just go and pick up from them or take it into my own hands and this Custoner Service Rep Mia was an absolute dream and made EVERYTHING perfect and took control of the entire situation and made sure I was 1000% happy with everything and even made sure I was able to add a beverage onto my order because I noticed too late i didnt have anything to go with it. We need more people like Mia in the world of Customer Service and i would love to see her get a raise or a bonus for the quality of treating another human being like family. 10000 Out of 10 Stars for Mia and DoorDash”

“My door dash experience started off horribly but after speaking to customer service they provided the best service. Renz from dash support and Deidra from executive relations went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved the first time. Thank you for making it right!!!”

“Unlike other customers, I have had nothing but good service from DoorDash. My driver today was prompt, courteous, and helped me with the heavy part of the order. He even remembered having delivered to me about a month ago! I feel fortunate to have had a good experience!”

“Hello I'm a driver for doordash and I read so many reviews and I cant believe how so many drivers can mess up something simple! When I get an order I am on it before pick up time I make sure I notify the customer that I'm in line and I ask for any special request and go beyond for the customer I do not leave until I check off all the items and if there is something wrong with the order I make the restaurant fix it and make them throw something extra in for customer for there wait I apologize to those who got bad drivers hopefully I can get your order the next time you use doordash cause you will not be disappointed”

“I am not sure where everyone is from as there are so many reviews. I live in Raleigh, NC, and I order from DoorDash frequently. I like the food options that are offered. I have never received incorrect orders or missing items. The people who have delivered my food have always been on time in accordance with the verification email sent after the order is placed. The "Dashers" have all been personable and professional when they deliver my order as well.”

“I have used door dash in the Fort Myers area twice now, and I have to say, they are amazing. The first time I had Chinese food delivery. Food was at my door within 20 minutes. They remembered all the sauces and brought me a current menu also. Then, last night, I wanted Taco Bell. They actually called me, checked my order to be sure it was correct and asked about sauces for my tacos which I couldn't order. After that, they were at my door within 15 minutes. I couldn't have driven to Taco Bell and back that fast. BOTH times, food arrived hot and delicious. I recently moved to the North Fort Myers area last December and don't like driving at night. It's great to know about this wonderful service.”

“I am at work so I cant leave to get food for lunch so I thought I would try out one of these food delivery services. So I chose door dash because they have so many options for restaurants. I got free delivery for it being my first time and there was only a $1.79 Service fee. I got texts saying my order was received and that the driver was on his way and when he was approaching. He was actually a few minutes early, the restaurant is only down the road from where I work and it took 30 minutes which isn't that bad of time. Once I got the food it was hot and tasted great, they even included the silverware. I was very impressed! I was very skeptical of ordering from these services because I've read so many bad reviews but you honestly just have to try it to know what its like.”

“My dasher Dave was absolutely superb. Not only did he deliver in a quick and efficient manner, he went out of his way to surprise me with hot sauce (my favorite). Best service I have received from the company. Would highly recommend him to everyone.”

“Everyone on here needs to understand drivers are human. They dont work for the restaurant, and sometimes the place packs food and ties it up to the point where they would have to finger your food to make sure it's all there. Would you prefer that? Stop giving poor ratings because you didnt get a picture perfect experience. It's not always the drivers fault. Also, they get paid by time, so when you take forever to respond, it costs them LOTS of money. I don't blame them for leaving when you make them wait. You would do the same. It's time to grow up a bit, nobody made you use the company, and your experience is not indicative of the company (or drivers) as a whole. Wow, such complainers.”

“In Burlington, MA is was quick and efficient. One driver did not deliver to my hotel room and waited at the front desk. But delivery was before allotted time and notifications were on par.”
