“I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. All drivers we have had are kind respectful nice and we'll mannered. Always gotten our whole order other then 6 cookies lol but hey there jus cookies lol. We have used door dash for about 3 days maybe 4 days now. And I love it. Being an single mother working 7 days a week about 8 to 12 hrs shifts and no vehicle and living about an 2 n a half hr walk away from away my type of restaurant. This is awesome helpful with those nights I get home early n the morning before school and don't really have time to make breakfast for my boy before school I can call N order breakfast before I leave work n his our food gets to the house right when I do. My deliverys have NEVER taking more then 30 30 45 mins food always hot to warm NEVER cold. All n all love it”

“I am giving it 5 star review as the review will show up on top. The service was terrible, food delivery delayed, food cold, a dasher who did not mind to get off car and asked me to pick up the food from her car. Reported to support and no response from them after 10 days. So, basically a very poorly managed enterprise. The company is a rip off, its best to go collect the food or look elsewhere for delivery.”

“Thank you DoorDash for delivering food to my dad in the ER at the hospital!! I live out of town and they had no one to get them food!! Both orders were delivered in a timely manner, very affordable & I even spoke with the delivery girl to give her the exact room #. Will definitely be using you more!! DoorDash is the Bomb!!”

“Door dash is the very best. I will NEVER use Hubgrub again. Doordash is always on time. The food is always warm. The people are always polite. The food is always correct. I havent had one problem ordering food for my mother who resides in Idaho. I'm in cali. The prices are great. 5 star from me without question.”

“Just used DoorDash for the first time. We ordered from a restaurant a little longer distance than normally on other delivery services. I could not believe how perfect and HOT our food order was. We have never had that happen before.”

“Doordash had the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I accidentally ordered to the wrong address and tried to cancel through the place I had ordered and they didn't let me. But not to worry cause the doordash driver and customer service were willing and happy to change the delivery address 5 minutes before the order was delivered. I am impressed and will definitely use their services again.”

“This was the first time we used DoorDash and was hesitant because of all the bad reviews, but we were very pleased. We ordered from Arbys, got everything we ordered, much faster than we could have got it ourself and we will use them again. The young man that came to the door was nice and very business like. Thank You”

“The lady was VERY sweet! We got Baskin Robbins and asked for chocolate chips and they didn’t have any, our door dasher stopped and got us some!! Also tried to give her another tip, she didn’t accept it. ☹️ Are they not able to take cash tips?”

“Idk where you guys are getting your doordash from but I've never had a bad order. I've ordered everything from hot wings to sushi to taco bell. My order is always hot I'm allergic to onions so I always put no onions and I've even gotten the dasher or the restaurant call me if something needs to be changed in the order.”

“I will never use door dash again they stole my daughters money we were outside watching the tracker and the driver never came to our complex we even saw on the tracker where instead of delivering our order he was sitting at the corner store never called and the number for him kept saying we couldn’t call because our order was still in progress and when we emailed door dash they were no help at all Wow how disappointing I’m deeply saddened by these actions”

“We ordered from DoorDash this evening and are amazed. We ordered food from Numans, which is about 7 minutes from our house, and from the time the order was placed until they arrived at the door was only 20 minutes! This is only our second order from them, and we are taking advantage of the $1 delivery promo,so including the tip we spent no more than we would have if we had gone out. We will definitely continue ordering from DoorDash.”
