“I had eye surgrey and couldn't drive to Chick-fil-a. Door Dash and driver CherI came to the rescue. The order was delivered in good time- nice and hot-crispy fries-pleasantly delivered. Judith and Janine St Andre”

“Crystal B. was a great Door Dasher, quick and friendly, and when the restaurant didn't have exactly what I wanted she let me know right away and I chose what I needed to replace. 5 stars for sure!”

“I use DoorDash very frequently because they have more option than the competition were I live. For the most part they are spot on and have great customer service. This particular day I was at work and I order off of DoorDash, and it's a repeat order that I have ordered many times before. Ordering and delivery went fine. But when I started to take out my order I noticed one of the Items is completely wrong. Due to stomach issue I have I could not eat this item otherwise I would not have cared. I quickly reported the issue on the app but only received a refund for half of the item. So I gave DoorDash a call just to see if i could get the rest of the money for the item I could not eat. I spoke with Alexis (I hope I spelled the name right) and Alexis was very accommodating. Alexis listened to my concern and empathized with me. Alexis then checked into getting me a credit for the item I could not eat. All while making great conversation in the mean time. At the end of the call I was VERY satisfied. I got a full credit for the item I could not eat. Overall great professionalism and great experience.”

“I cannot believe all of these bad reviews in here I have ordered five times now about and I have not had any issues one so ever. In fact these reviews are actually scary now but I am leaving now and I am scared to order again.”

“I wanted to send a birthday cake for my 4 year old niece. The doordasher "Charma" was so helpful in getting the cake delivered. She is such a sweet person, extremely polite, responsible and a wonderful person. OMG!!! Can't thank her enough for making my niece's birthday a memorable one.”

“Doordash.. ITS SELF EXPLANITORY! My driver was Nathan and he was so fast and when the food arrived he was very pleasant in the exchange and so polite it all happened so fast I was so happy and stunned with the customer service!”

“1st time ordering food thru door dash and I must say I am very impressed. From the timing to the way the food was organized. Food was still hot when we got it. My co workers are now using them as well due to this great experience. Great Job Claude from door dash.”

“Love that I can get food from my favorite restaurants without having to leave my house. Normally, I wouldn't mind going out to dinner but with triplets its very difficult to enjoy going out to eat. This service is very convenient, has a large assortment of restaurants to choose from and the app is user friendly and even stores your past orders so you can just order the same thing again!”

“(( FRAUD ))) They have been charging $9.99 reoccurring charge per month since I placed my first delivery order back in august 2018. I have called 5 times to let them know about this error, and I have always been told they are escalating the issue and a supervisor will be calling back . They have never call me back. They don't let me talk to a supervisor. I received an email and they said no refund... (((FRAUD ))) BE WARE”

“Better than Uber eats and skip the dishes. I’ve BEEN using door dash and they have all the best restaurants around me with amazingly cheap delivery charges. They are way faster than the estimated delivery time and the food always comes hot and secure.The door dashers that deliver my food go above and beyond customer service. They are always kind and respectful. I have never had a bad experience.”

“Ok so I wrote a review because I’ve been very happy with their service. Then after I write that good review, I read all of those other terrible reviews. I’m in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio and every experience has been super cool for me. Half of the time they say it’ll take 35-45 mins and it’s at my house in 15-20 and still hot! I’m kind of bummed out that other people aren’t getting the same service, and after reading the DoorDash employee comment who said the drivers aren’t getting paid well I feel bad. The sweet little lady who just delivered to my house was texting me personally to let me know her status to keep me in the loop, and when she delivered my food, she even gave me a little bag of candy. I do wish I would’ve given her an extra cash tip now. I do hope this company steps it up in other places because they have potential to be a great company.”

“I just started using doordash in the past couple months and it couldn’t be more convenient and have better customer service. I’ve used at least 2-3 times a week, and out of all those times, only once was I missing a drink. And when I told customer service, I was credited more than what that drink would’ve costed, and I was surprised, but I really appreciated that they cared. They text me and let me know when my food is picked up and when it’s about to be at the door, even though I can always check and see where my driver is. I always give them 5 stars, because in a society where good customer service can be hard to come by, Doordash proves care about making their customers happy. I would be their spokesperson lol”

“I just placed my first order through DoorDash. Let me tell you this is the best way to bring hot food to you. Anywhere and almost any time. John our deliver guy was super nice as well. It was great to get our food so quickly and HOT. The price may be higher then what you would pay if you were to go to the restaurant but you are paying for the convenience of not having to drive. We will be using this service again. and the plus side its faster than Grubhub.”
