“I had ordered mcdonald’s and forgot that the mcdonald’s near me was extremely rude and limited (only certain foods and only accepting cash) after midnight. I had totally forgotten about my personal experience there when ordering and my doordasher went to the other mcdonald’s (about 5 miles away from the original, opposite way of my house) and she came with my order, BEFORE my original delivery time anyway. She was super sweet and I was very apologetic about what she had to deal with and offered an extra tip but she very nicely refused. AMAZING SERVICE!!!”

“Food was hot, fresh, and correct. Driver followed instructions to my complicated address very easily with no complaints, and food arrived right within the expected window. No issues whatsoever.”

“i was really skeptical at first after reading the reviews but i have to say i was 100% satisfied! i ordered wendys and got FREE delivery and my food was delivered before the estimated time and everything was correct and hot. i am so pleased with my order today!!!”

“I am shock to see such bad reviews. I have used door dash often here in Colorado springs. My food haves always been correct. My dasher that have deliver ed my food , have aways been on time and very polite. I will keep ordering from door dash. It sure is nive to know someone else would go the extra mile to pick up my food and bring it to me . I keeps me from having to deal with the restraunt wait time or their additudes. Thanks dashers for being there . I know you work hard countless hours to get food deliver to customers.”

“My family has used doordash 1/2 dozen times & each delivery was made on time,by courteous personnel--the food was hot .Just great to know we have a nice reliable company to help us out when without transportation.Thank you Melissa Bruce star valley dr.”

“I have tried all the delivery services. DoorDash is, by far, the best out there. When I place my order I am given an estimated delivery time and my orders have arrived by that time each and every time, unlike the others who usually immediately send a message saying it will be delivered later than originally thought. It's not just the delivery. I have no idea if I am correct or not but I think they actually check my order when they pick it up. My orders are not over cooked, or missing items, unlike the other delivery companies. And I have ordered the same item from 2 different delivery services. I hope to see more restaurants add DoorDash as their delivery company!!!”

“I read a few negative reviews and I am quite surprised. I have now ordered food with delivery services via doordash at least 10-15 times and I never had any problems. customer service is quite helpful if you have questions about an order. No multiple charges have appeared on my card.”

“Today 9/5/18 a very sweet lady named Danielle delivered my BJ's lunch. She was great!! Lunch was hot and CORRECT! silverware and napkins were in the bag. We love doordash we use it almost DAILY. THX Danielle your todays rockstar! Tara @ Urbanex”

“It food is always delivered before the estimated time it should be. My orders are always correct expect for one time. Dashers are really nice and quick! I love DoorDash I just dislike the fact that some restaurants charge $6.99/$8.99!for delivery that’s insane! Other than that I totally recommended this app!”

“I placed an order that was not delivered due to a restaurant that closed early, in both parties defense it was a Monday night. But door dash reached out to me via management and explained the problem and refunded my order, Door dash provides the best customer service and excellence in delivery. I am proud to be a DoorDash repeat customer.”

“I am dasher. If the food is late, on most occasions it is the restaurant which prepares it late. Drivers can be late 5 to 10 minutes due to traffic conditions not over an hour or forty five minutes. I remember times that their system was not working, and they even did not know if there was an order.”
