“All the bad reviews scared me but went ahead and gave it a try. Food was a little late (though they sent text updates letting me know). Food was hot, driver used an insulated bag and she was very nice! Great service in my opinion.”

“I guess it’s hit or missed based on reviews. I got 10$ off my first order, free delivery and Chipotle delivered to work in 20 minutes. Well worth it. Also best referral system I’ve seen yet.”

“I don't know what everyone else in these comments are ordering, but i just did doordash for my first time and it was GREAT. My driver was fast, nice and my food was still hot. He was 10 minutes early. It was great. Would definitely do again.”

“Though these reviews seem troublesome, for my first order I got my food early, still hot, and the young woman who delivered it was exceptionally nice. I'll keep using them until they give me a reason not to.”

“Did you know when you rate, you're only rating your driver. Every non 5 star rating dramatically affects the drivers customer rating, if it gets below a certain percentage they will be deactivated and no longer able to deliver food.”

“AMAZING AMAZING SERVICE. The restaurant was amazing, food was spectacular, and the driver was perfect! I even got minute by minute account of where my food was. I work in a location where food is often lost or delivered to the wrong address. Its gotten to the point ive lost hope in ordering from around here! But the driver found it and was very sweet too!”

“Our company has used Door Dash on multiple occasions and we are absolutely happy with the service. We can order what we want without settling for the same old close restaurants. Our food is always hot and the drivers have been friendly. Thank you Door Dash”

“Omar was excellent. He got my food here super quick. Everything was great, I’ll definitely be coming back here! I ordered sushi and teriyaki chicken from Joy Sushi. Door dash is cheaper then ordering plain ‘ole pizza, and the food choices are so much better. Thanks Joy Sushi and extra special thanks to Dasher Omar V.”

“My order was late DUE TO THE RESTAURANT. People don't always realize that the restaurant decides how and when to handle the online/app orders. It is not always the driver's fault. I am speaking as a former Manager who ran a restaurant. Anyway, I called the customer service line and they were sincerely apologetic and paid for my food, so I got a refund for the food being 20 mins late. I'm definitely annoyed, but the fact that someone answered my call on the first ring and fixed the issue, compensated me, and contacted the restaurant directly absolutely makes up for an issue that, while inconvenient, does just kinda happen sometimes. I will use this company again.”

“very fast and friendly driver brought my food still semi hot, which is what i was worried about. The driver took car to make sure the soup never lost of drop, I would recommend them to anyone who, like me, does not want to brave the cold to get something delivered besides a pizza, although they will pick those up for you as well lol . try them you will be amazed”

“I really love DoorDash. I began using them because of a referral credit I had and their relatively low delivery charges. They have tons of restaurants to choose from and are usually the cheapest choice. My love for DoorDash was cemented recently when I had an issue with one of my orders where I never received my food. The dasher said they had arrived but they were nowhere to be found. After waiting outside for 30 minutes and talking to customer service for 20 mins, I was really frustrated because by now the restaurant had closed and I feared I would never get my food. However, the customer service rep went above and beyond, contacted the restaurant, and was able to reorder my food even though the RESTAURANT HAD CLOSED and got it to me within 30 minutes. They also gave me a $10 credit for the inconvenience. I was blown away and will continue using this service for all my delivery needs!!”

“I have used grub hub and uber eats and have not been happy with them, because delivery times get pushed back, orders aren't correct, or food is cold. I ordered from Door dash before looking at the reviews, and I must say it was amazing. They were fast, the order was correct, food was still hot when I received it. I was so thrilled with it, I decided to order my daughter some food who lives across town. Again, food was hot, it was correct and the order was delivered before estimated time, and I was able to see the gps tracking to know where the driver was. Will be using again.”

“First time ordering from DoorDash- liked that there was a much larger variety than other places (in my area, and I live in an affluent suburb in NJ) such as ubereats- much cheaper too. Came very fast and unlike ubereats which has many delays, mine came within 20 minutes. Great.”
