“I never had an issue with my food being delivered. So when I lost my job due to a hurricane I signed up to be a driver, the pickups at the restaurant are fairly easy and I've never delivered food late so I give it a thumbs up.”

“WOW!!! I am very pleasantly surprised with the delivery service. After placing my order I asked my daughter if she has ever used it, bc I know she orders and has delivery often. She said NO, I've never heard of it Did you check the reviews? Ooopps No I said. Then I did...... Oh No! not very good reviews, lots and lots of 1 stars. Oh well if figured lessons learned.... But to my greatest surprise, my food was delivered about 15 minutes earlier than expected and piping hot. I think I'll give you another try. Happily Wanda Clayburn”

“I was a littke skeptical to use doordase from reading the reviews, but decided to try it on my own. I ordered Mexican food and was expecting a 1 hour wait until I received it. I not only received my order 30 minutes early, but it was also still warm. My driver Ahmad M. Was very polite. I will definitely use them again.”

“So far every order I've put in has always came either on time or before. I'm sure in certain areas it's a little different. But I haven't had any complaints. To be honest I'm staying at a hotel right now and I'm on the top floor. Every dasher has brought my order up the stairs even though I'd leave a message to let me know when there in the lobby so I can come down and grab it. I'm thankful for everyone who's brought me my orders !”

“First time ordering from DoorDash. The phone app made it convenient and easy. The dasher was very nice and courteous. He texted to say he was on his way. Expected delivery was one hour and it was on schedule. Very satisfied. After reading all the negative reviews, I felt I needed to write something positive”

“The service and delivery fees are fairly priced. One particular driver in my location has dropped off several orders in recent months, and is always polite. It's nice having my food delivered before the estimated time given, as well. I live in a larger city, so traffic can be a bit of a pain, but my food has always arrived early.”
