“This company came into my neighborhood recently and I gave them a shot. I like to order food because I work from home now and frankly have become very lazy. Right off the bat Doordash has TONS of restaurants to choose from in my area (including fast food chains and diners which are great). I've ordered 6 -7 times now, and i have to say my orders were 75% of the time delivered 15 -20 minutes early!! Which is a very nice surprise when dealing with delivery. Also the app is phenomenal, I love how they've incorporated "uber" technology into it, where you can track your dasher and see exactly where they are in the process...Lastly, their customer service to me seems so far top notch. I has a delivery the other day where the meal was missing an ingredient I ordered. The app made it very simple to report this, explain what happened; and at the end in minutes they just gave me a credit for the whole meal (minus the tax, delivery charge and tip which I felt was very fair) and stated they would deal with the restaurant directly automatically. THAT my friends is how you earn a POSITIVE review, and how customer service should be done in the modern world. No hassle for the customer, taking full responsibility and correcting the problem on YOUR end, and having the customer walk away with a smile and wanting to use your service again. These people get IT, all around, and I will continue to use Doordash.”

“Maybe I just got lucky, but they told me my food would be here at 11:45 and it got to my house at 11:25. Driver was very friendly and food was hot.”

“This was my first time ordering through DoorDash. I didn't have high expectations based on the all of the poor reviews, but I received great service. Expected delivery time was 60+ minutes, but my driver came within 30 minutes. The order tracking feature on their website was very accurate and helpful.”

“It was our first time ordering and it was fantastic! The app was very easy to download and order from. The driver sent texts letting us know what was happening. Our food arrived fast( faster than the specified time) and hot. Driver was very friendly and courteous. Definitely be using DoorDash again!”

“We find the delivery service, including the drivers, are excellent and the deliveries occur on time. The restaurants vary in quality, of course, depending on how much one wishes to pay. I wish they had more "high-end" restaurants, as that is what we prefer. They ask for a separate rating of the restaurant and driver, which is an important distinction. It would be helpful if they would publicize the ratings they receive from customers of the restaurants.”

“I am so thankful for DoorDash, it brings me peace of mine with the offered flexibilities in the schedule, delivering to the best customers with such joy when they see their food coming their way and learning opportunities in different restaurants and their specials. “Ordered from a Wendy's a couple of towns over. Driver was kind and professional. Order arrived earlier than expected time, even while it is snowing out. Great first experience with DoorDash and will definitely use them again.”

“Food came earlier than expected, William was kind and courteous the one gripe I have is that you have to decide the tip when you make the order o_O and there is no option for adjusting after you actually receive the service for which you are tipping. I had no cash and after my excellent service from William I felt that he deserved more than the 15% I left him but with no way to adjust the tip after checkout I was at a loss and I am surprised that DD doesn't have a a feature for adjusting tip, please consider updating your system!!!”

“I came to Concord North Carolina to visit and ordered from Door Dash. Said the order would be here at 6:45 pm and came at 6:23 pm and the lady was extremely nice! Wish I could have tipped her more but unfortunately there is no contact info.”
