“We have only used Door Dash twice (ordering from 2 different restaurants). Both times delivery was faster than expected! The delivery fee was very reasonable - well worth saving us from getting dressed and driving out on our cherished "Pajama Day". We will definitely use them again.”

“This service was wonderful b/c I ordered a delivery from a restaurant that does not usually do delivery. I woke up early one morning and was craving a bagel sandwich and I remembered my friend used this app called DoorDash. So I gave it a shot and I was quite surprised with how fast my breakfast was delivered! SO WONDERFUL!”

“I recently had a bad experience with a late delivery and cold food. But customer service acted very quickly and over-delivered on a make-good for the inconvenience. Good customer service can go a long way as mistakes will always happen. Door Dash handled it significantly better than their competitors do.”
