“I had a order being delivered from on the border. My Dasher made sure they got the order correct and text me with updates. Also had the ice refreshed because of the wait”

“This service was wonderful b/c I ordered a delivery from a restaurant that does not usually do delivery. I woke up early one morning and was craving a bagel sandwich and I remembered my friend used this app called DoorDash. So I gave it a shot and I was quite surprised with how fast my breakfast was delivered! SO WONDERFUL!”

“I recently had a bad experience with a late delivery and cold food. But customer service acted very quickly and over-delivered on a make-good for the inconvenience. Good customer service can go a long way as mistakes will always happen. Door Dash handled it significantly better than their competitors do.”

“I love that we can get the food we want from our favorite places and not have to leave the house. The food gets there hot and it can all be done through and app. I can send food to the kids when I am not home and know they will get it without having to worry about leaving them money.”

“Laura was an amazing dasher that went above and beyond. It was my first time using this service and there was a glitch that caused a duplicate order. Laura figured it out and communicated with me the entire time. She was pleasant and timely and I was very impressed with her commitment and service :)”
