“I just used doordash for the first time tonight. I sort of feel bad that I had a Good experience after reading all of these horror stories. Our Dasher Joe was awesome. He even text to see what toy we wanted for our happy meal. Will most likely never use this service again though. Just didn't want to go out in this cold with the little one.”

“My experience with Door Dash was great, but I ordered through the app for pickup! Sam's Eatery was fantastic! I was the first to use the DD with them! They thought it was broke. I will use the delivery next week. Remember good tips make a difference! It does help with a little patience. I have Kroger delivery and they bring my items in less than an hour! It doesn't take long for word of mouth to get out if your feedback is bad. Sometimes it is needed. I like DD because they have a lot more resteraunts than GrubHub! Thanks Door Dash for a pleasant experience!”

“I read a lot of VERY bad reviews about doordash. I ordered anyway. Driver was earlier than expected with the Entire order in bad. No problems!!”

“I ordered a special dessert for my mother in nursing care to be delivered on her 83rd birthday while I was out of state. The driver Fred C not only hand delivered to her room he contacted me direct to let me know my mother was delighted. Thank you for keeping my faith that human kindness and taking that extra step is still amongst us.”

“I wanted to make sure I got on here to write a review because I was super nervous once I ordered and then saw these reviews. Let me preface this by saying that I think your experience depends on a couple of things: 1) If you ordered from DoorDash app/website OR the restaurant's app/website, and 2) Your location. I ordered my lunch directly from Chipotle's website at 11:20am. The option for delivery came up for my work address, so I ordered. At the time, I didn't realize it was a service partnership via DoorDash. It just looks like a normal restaurant delivery on the website. At 11:50, I received my order via Dasher Massoga T (Springfield, IL), who was very pleasant and quick. The food ordered was accurate, but just a tad cool. I expected as much since when I go pickup my own order from Chipotle, by the time I get back to the office it's cooled off anyway. 30 seconds in the microwave & I was good. Long story short: - my order was on-time & accurate - my Dasher was kind & polite - overall a positive experience If you're concerned about the negative reviews, all I can say is just try it once. Depending on your region/area, you may have good luck like I did. :)”

“First time using door dash and wasn’t disappointed at all . Got my order right and on time. he just got confused on my house number but that happens to everyone. Will use again. I read the reviews while waiting for my order and was so nervous but was happy in the end!”

“I have been useing doordash for 3 years.I have never had any problems.The food is allways hot and fresh.They allways make my familys delivery ahead of time.You people want the comfort from sitting on your own couch at home. Well then you have to pay a premium for the service.All you cheap complaining Goons are ruining the world. Go somewhere else. They're here to make money to provide an excellent service. Not to deal with Liars cheats and made up stories. If you can't afford it. Then go pick it up yourself.”

“DoorDash is the real MVP, at least in my book. They noted some 'unusual' activity on my account tonight and reached out to make sure I had placed the order, which I had in fact NOT. They not only immediately cancelled the order, but they placed restrictions on my payment methods until I could update everything. Regardless of anything else, they saved me $160. (BTW, the people who attempted to order tried again within FIVE minutes on GrubHub! I was able to stop that as well at least, saving me another $130). The local to that area PD wouldn't even go knock on the door of the listed delivery address/phone number (I'm 1400 miles away) so KUDOS to DD!!!!!”

“My delivery driver picked up the wrong order, I sent a message to DoorDash and within minutes they called me, found a new delivery driver, and got the right order to my door! Very pleased with how quickly they got back to me!”

“Just because of how they resolved my issue, I can give them a great rating. They at least make it right. Grubhub doesn't even try any more. You have to fight to get bs voucher, and money takes 3-5 business days. Doordash was immediate reimbursement, and they even reordered the food for me for the inconvenience fore free. I will solely use them from now on.”

“Was afraid to try Doordash for the first time because of some negative reviews I had read BUT..... IT WAS GREAT. We ordered from JJ's Mexican Restaurant in Salem OR and the food was just as requested and 10 minutes early! My husband ordered a shrimp dish and I had enchaladas with a side of guac and chips. They even included 2 small salads. It was hot when it arrived and Oleg, our "dasher", was polite and friendly. Couldn't have gone better - hope it continues.”

“Got my food fast, left a $10 tip on the app for the driver because they only get $5 per delivery for going to have to wait in line and wait for the order to be made, remember if you want your food fast leave a $10 tip no driver is going to go out of their way to get your order when their are other orders who tipped,”
