“This is the first time I ordered Panera Bread in Hoboken. I was informed by the person Susan who delievered my order that this was the order they gave her for me. I was confused and upset because I was so hungry and just spent $20.00 on a delivery. However, Susan went out of her way and gave me the number to Door Dash so that they can assist me. The representative on Door Dash continued to say they can not help me. I called Panera Bread who informed me they would re-make my order. Susan also gave me her personal number and informed me she would pick up my order, although she had other orders to deliver. She went out of her way and picked up my order. She handled the situation perfectly and continued to apologize even though this was clearly not her fault. WAY TO GO SUSAN!!!!!”

“The Dasher, on a Sunday morning, texted me to let me know the restaurant wasn't open yet, and therefore my delivery wouldn't be at the expected time. Then, he doubled down on being very courteous again and texted back to let me know when the food was being prepared, and he would arrive asap. Thumbs up.”

“DoorDash is everywhere and has been very helpful as Siri continues the struggle to get it right. I yelled at it a while back because it misunderstood something I said. Yes, I yelled at a dang phone. Beginning to think it was a mistake to ask for directions back to Portland from Pensacola. Am in Denver now and DoorDash continues to support the effort. It would be rude to tell Siri I meant Portland, Maine, so I decided to not offend the phone and do what it thinks I asked it to do. Would write more praise but gotta dash.”

“Lmfao... All the people on here crying about DoorDash are the people that are tipping $0-$3.00 for a food delivery that's probably 5+ miles!, in a heavy traffic zone!, and during peak order times!... Then you all fail to keep in mind how much it costs to deliver your food in a VEHICLE THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE PAID OFF!, INSURANCE (That cost the driver MORE because it's being used for delivering food), USES FUEL, AND NEEDS MAINTENANCE!... Then you ungrateful people blast the drivers ratings because your food was a bit late!?Seriously!? Maybe take a step back and think about what the driver had to do / go through to get you slobs that food before you show your "generosity" and tip them that whopping $3 or less! I'm not delivering your food for fun! I have bills just like everyone else! I'm not a rich fat cat that can sit back and not worry about how I'm going to afford to pay the things I need to pay! I have a family Im trying to support with this pathetic "Job"... I would love to do ANYTHING other than deliver food to ungrateful, rude, cheap asses! And if the opportunity arises I will be doing something different! I mean FFS! WOULD YOU GO INTO A RESTAURANT AND NOT TIP YOUR WAIT PERSON or TIP THEM $3 OR LESS!? I'm guessing not!... The DoorDash driver is your waiter / waitress!... Have some respect and learn some manners people! SERIOUSLY!”

“I was charged for something I didn’t order and didn’t receive. I did not receive one of the items I received and a cup of soup I received was definitely from the bottom of the pot. It was supposed to be loaded baked potato but it was just a cup of creamy broth. After jumping through hoops to give them all the info they requested they told me they did not have enough info to reconcile the problem. They offered me a token amount of what I thought I was owed. I told the I wanted the whole amount or nothing. They didn’t give it to me so I am done with Door Dash. This is the first time this has happened. There is almost always something missing from my order. This is just the first time I have pursued it this far. I think these restaurants do this because they know they can get awash with it. DoorDash does not hold them responsible. The restaurant I was dealing with this time was Schlotzkys on San Mateo in Albuquerque.”

“When I placed my Door Dash order this evening, I had no idea how busy the restaurant would be. My Dasher contacted me ASAP to let me know the wait time was 1 hour. I hope he had something to do during this time. Thank you ELIZEBETH for waiting on my order and getting it to me in a speedy time. ELIZEBETH has been a frequent Dasher in my area. 78410 area code. “I was really nervous after reading these reviews and expecting the worst from my first Door Dash order, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered from Red Lobster and requested delivery between 5:00 and 5:30. Door Dash driver Christopher had the order to our house nice and hot by 5:01! He was pleasant and courteous. Red Lobster got our order perfect too which was nice. I received Door Dash texts letting me know the status of my order every step of the way. Maybe a lot of the experience has to do with the area one resides in? I live in Central Florida. I'll definitely use Door Dash again.”

“I tried to place an order with DoorDash for Five Guys Burgers at the cornerstar shopping center & it just didn't work wouldn't take the order. So after trying for to long I went to GrubHub placed my order the same as I was doing at DoorDash & the order went right thru. After waiting 50 plus minutes for the order to arrive I notice I had an email from them, it was informing me my order was cancelled, I wasn't happy. So went back to DoorDash tried again & nothing then it popped up saying the restaurant wasn't taking orders, thank you for that DoorDash. I found another location & for Five Guys placed my order & not one problem. They said the order would be here at 8:07PM & like they said it was here. The delivery person was very nice handed me my food after identifying whom she was & the company & we had our dinner. The service was great, the food arrived very hot & fresh we were all very pleased. Thank you DoorDash for getting our order to us, just like you said when I ordered.”

“I ordered from Hartlands BBQ, and it was *****DELICIOUS***** I was in the mood for BBQ and this hit the spot in an incredible way. I would recommend this to ANYONE who loves BBQ. This is what your looking for in taste and quality. Every single side and down to the delivery was done impeccably. Gave the driver an extra tip for being way ahead of the timeline to get to me.”

“Omg . I will never use anyone other than Door Dash! It’s a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for! My delivery guy, Ryan was really sweet and saw my notes after he had picked up my food for avocado slices so he brought me a very ripe avocado! Thank you , Ryan for going that extra mile , it was very much appreciated!”

“I live in Carmel Indiana and want to make sure my delivery man, Brandon, gets a great review. I ordered a milkshake from steak-n-shake and asked for no whip cream. Whoever prepared it, put whip cream on it by accident and Brandon caught the mistake. When he asked that the woman make me a new one, she refused and just scraped off the whip cream, taking a good portion of the shake with it. Brandon felt bad and STOPPED AT A CONVENIENCE STORE AND BOUGHT ME DONUTS WITH HIS OWN MONEY to make up for the mistake. I couldn't believe it! I gave him an extra tip, but still felt it wasn't enough. That is so far above and beyond good service. I sure hope the Door Dash powers that be read this and reward him.”
