I don’t care what anyone says I’m super hard to please this is the best services fair price and these people are on the frontline while people worship celebrities essential works are the celebrities in my eye DoorDash is beyond five stars great customer service!

I love door dash! They are on time and when my order was messed up somehow they really stepped up and gave me a whole new order. I would also like to mention that when I left my phone from the chat they reached out to me by calling me and helped me get my order corrected and sent out to me in no time. They are awesome and very polite. I would highly recommend not only their user friendly app but also door dash as a whole.

Lol to the woman who left her order out on the porch yet blames the driver/DoorDash for following instructions to a tee. You should be ashamed of yourself (especially if you low rated that driver!) Don’t you take any responsibility for not keeping an eye on the app you ordered food off of and had a delivery time given to you!? They even text you to tell you your food has arrived! A driver can go above and beyond and text you personally but they don’t have to at all. And fyi tons of people don’t like knocking or ringing on the door so unless you write KNOCK WHEN HERE/ or RING BELL.. A driver isn’t just going to do that. Their going to assume you are competent and notice your phone alerts, dummy And no you’re not going to be refunded (I guarantee it) because DoorDash doesn’t refund people who ruined their order because of their own fault Cry about it

Ok so I work in a restaurant who just recently started doordash deliveries. As far as the delivering I can't say but for missing items and food being wrong, I can say that is entirely the responsibility of the restaurant. It's ordered and prepared and bagged at the store and handed to the doordasher. I had ordered from doordash before and had missing items. Called the restaurant and they tried to blame the dasher. It's not right. Please remember that next time that they are just handed the food to deliver. Just wanted to speak up for them

Ignoring my instructions, the Dash Driver Lucas left my food outside in the rain and exposed to bugs. Within 7 minutes of lodging my complaint, DoorDash contacted me by phone and offered an $11 credit on my next order as well as allowing me to remove the driver tip. I couldn't ask for a faster, better resolution than that. Immediate help and attention to customer service. 5 stars!

I'm a door dasher. I have read some of your complaints and about 99% are not the dasher fault. Depending on the restaurant is the major thing. The dasher does two things picks up food and delivers it. Most of the food is sealed in a bag or container. We don't go through your food!!!! You people that rate us on the quality of the food should be ashame of yourself or because of race. We have NO control of this. All my orders get their before the time. Only issue I have is instruction are not clear at all. It like a 2yr old wrote it. I have seen this in Richy and poor neighborhoods.

Restaurant messed up my order. They wanted me to show up in person for refund. Not possible. But DoorDash stepped in and helped me better than I could imagine. Only my second time to use so this left a good feeling. Will use service again.

I would just like to put out there that door dash drivers can also review customers. I just wish they would make them a little more accessible

I ordered Cheesecake Factory apps for my daughter's outdoor socially distanced birthday gathering of 7 via DoorDash for the first time and was concerned it would take a while. It arrived fresh, hot, exactly as ordered and in less than a half hour! I was very impressed. Way to go Cheesecake and DoorDash! Very Happy Customer

As a door dash driver we heavily rely in the restaurants to get the right order because we can not break the seal during covid 19. I personally tell the restaurants how many items should be in the bag. It's not a hard task. It's not hard to pick up and delivery the food. If their is a problem call the customer. I wear mask and gloves. It's scary when the client states hand it to me and they don't wear a mask or gloves. Putting my life at risk. I do my job to protect you and get things correct all I ask is to wear a dam mask.

I'm a door dash driver. It's not difficult to pick up the order and delivery it being friendly and read their directions to place the food where they want. If the restaurant is backed up you can easily call the customer and notify them. What is the problem drivers? Job is simple to me.

I live in an apartment that is hard to get to and share an address with another person. Although I made it extremely difficult for my driver, Deodrick, to find the apartment and made it seem like he was in the wrong address and left. I gave him a call almost 10 minutes later and he still managed to return with my food. He was also so incredibly nice about it and gave what is possibly the best customer service I've ever seen. Seriously, made my day. Deodrick deserves a raise.

I started a dashing only a week ago and now have had 76 deliveries. I come from a restaurant background and have approached each delivery with the mindset that I want to make each customer feel appreciated and provide them with an excellent experience. I am mindful of the typical complaints that we received in the restaurants each day ex. Missing items, condiments, straws etc. I even keep extra of these items in my car just in case. I constantly communicate with each customer via text especially if there is any kind of delay and thank them for their business. I have personalized stickers made for each bag with my name and contact information in case their is a problem after the fact. I am just trying to take the things we ourselves expect when we go out to eat and incorporate them into each delivery. Hot quality food with fast and genuinely courteous service.

We had a very good experience with DoorDash last night. Our order was delivered on time and it was contact free as requested. We were able to see exactly when the dasher would be at our door. Charles left our food at the door and texted us it was there. It was a great experience!

I work for Door Dash in Pittsburgh and I always make sure that the order is correct, in my hot bag and delivered fast. If the restaurant doesn’t have it ready I contact the customer right away and then once I’m on my way. These reviews are quite sad and it’s not fair to the ones like myself who take this seriously. I do my job correctly so that my disabled son and I will not be homeless. I love my job and hope that I never make someone unsatisfied. Most drivers here are nice and the only thing that I don’t like is that some do not use their hot bags for orders and that means that food will get cold. I do apologize for the bad experiences and hope that my company will make changes for the better.
