I contacted DoorDash minutes after receiving my order with a missing item. I was told (and screenshotted the conversation) that I would be getting a refund within 7 days. I patiently waited but no refund came. I contacted DoorDash again only to be told that I had to report my missing items sooner after delivery and that now it was against their policy to refund. So they say they will send you a refund but sure do not, and even with proof of conversations etc, they just say nope not in our policy. Never will I use DoorDash again.

As a driver is getting RIDICULOUS!! Doordash keeps stealing our pay, ESPECIALLY on double dashes!! Literally pays you $1 but if you decline the double dash your points go down. As a platinum driver $1 for 2 deliveries and f-ing pathetic. I HIGHLY recommend you use Uber Eats or GrubHub!!!!

The cancel subscription in the app doesn’t work. All the other options work except that one. I had to dispute a previous order just to get put through to AI support and have it canceled. Wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to charge me for it. Scummy

I’m a Dasher and increased my deliveries to become a top dasher. Being accurate and making my customers happy with their order is my top priority. Becoming a top dasher is supposed to give you dasher perks in getting first pick dashes and higher dashes. With the new app changes I can’t even get to Dash because it always says to many dashers are in the area. And the scheduling in the new app never lets you set the time you need to dash and never has open spots. I need a company that really does give incentives to work hard to keep customers coming back. The new app changes definitely are not a improvement.

Horrible if you’re a driver and horrible if you’re a customer. I’ve been both. They purposely look to lower your score as a driver and make you late when the order was given to you late. Then if you unassigned it they take points away too. It’s starting to cost me to drive. Between gas prices and low paying orders if I get any at all it’s not worth it. 2 is the base pay. It’s terrible. Then if you are a customer and your order isn’t right they look for ways to not refund you. If I’m missing a 10 dollar sub I don’t want 3 in credits. Either go bankrupt or step it up!

The customer services sucks. They don't give you credit. They closed chat customer services without finish the conversation. I add and item the same minute I place the order, from the same place and they charges double delivery, double tip. It is different than uber eat. They always try to help. Very dissapointed.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with an order placed through DoorDash. The restaurant mistakenly sent the wrong items with my order. When I contacted the restaurant, they advised me to reach out to DoorDash directly since the delivery was handled by them. Unfortunately, when I contacted DoorDash, they refused to return to the restaurant and deliver the correct items. I was left without the meal I ordered and paid for, which was both surprising and frustrating.

Door Dash had a data breach my account was hacked and I was charged hundreds of dollars for food orders that were from restaurants states away. Do yourself a favor and delete your app it is not worth the headache especially when Door Dash customer service isn’t helpful. This is a terrible company that will be facing a lot of law suits.

My order was missing the most important part of the meal and they gone tell me they can’t refund my money I never asked for a refund. I want my food. Then they proceed to say I have to wait 24 hours for someone to get back to me did you have to wait 24 hours for my money. I will never order from them again

Absolute worst first experience. My ordered was delivered else where and then they wouldn’t refund my money. Spoke to a manager and he was beyond rude. I will never door-dash again. I never had a problem with Ubereats. Only reason I used DoorDash was because I was given a gift card.

Door Dash is full of it.. I I've been working with them for 5 yrs and now y'all saying my licence is invalid, how when I'm clearing delivering for other companies including my main job. I was one of the top drivers and this is what y'all do to me . DO. NO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY THEY TREAT THE GOOD ONES WRONG ...

DoorDash is the worst in customer service. When my order is delivered to the wrong house. Not once or twice but several times, doorDash declines, my refund request. The driver claims that DoorDash gives them the incorrect location to deliver too. So not only do I lose out on my order, but on my money as well.

This is very ridiculous, doordash customer support services doesn't give a full details on what to do to complete an order that another DD driver complete the order but unassigned the order. so the last DD Driver won't be in a negative. (This is a cash order) I have spoken to Bahda and all this person said was to return the order to the store and I'll get a full refund now a different agent is saying to go to the residence and complete the task for the order. Now it's letting me upload a photo of this order to back up my review. Unbelievable

This was my very first—and definitely my last—experience with DoorDash. I scheduled an early morning iced coffee delivery with simple instructions to meet me at the door. I sat outside for several minutes, waiting as the driver circled the house. Instead of following the instructions, he pulled into the driveway and dropped my order at the back door next to the trash bins, then took a photo of the bins as proof of delivery. When I walked toward him, he quickly rushed into his car and drove away. To make matters worse, when I picked up my order, the coffee was already opened and spilled all over the bag. I immediately contacted DoorDash and provided their own delivery photo as evidence, requesting a refund. Shockingly, they denied the refund and refused to take responsibility. I had no choice but to throw the coffee in the trash and reorder elsewhere. Poor service, careless delivery, and no accountability. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I will not be using DoorDash again.

I had been with DoorDash as a dash pass member for years and tonight I still was deciding if I should give up on them or not, but the decision was made for me. If my food was not going to arrive or arrive on time, all I needed was to know of the same. But DoorDash would rather lose a loyal customer who pays for atleast two deliveries everyday and exorbitant service fees since I am in Seattle, but not acknowledge that a driver was totally driving towards my place and suddenly decided to go in many other directions to pick up more orders on the way. After all that, suddenly an hour later, I get a notification that driver is heading to store to pick up my order again. I am going to bed empty stomach and also despite telling them that I will cancel my membership myself, trying to give myself more time to think about canceling, I had a customer support agent who just went ahead and canceled the membership for me and then just abruptly ended the chat with me. On top of it, they called me and told me I had canceled my membership in Dec itself (which was to use a different Chase credit card for the right dash pass perks). And to be honest even if I had canceled my membership out of frustration, the fact that I came back and stuck with them for so long again clearly means nothing to them, loyalty means nothing. I am sure me writing this means nothing and people will continue to use DoorDash and DoorDash will not care either.

People were complaining about not getting their food when I dropped it off and took a picture just so they could get free food and I got deactivated. But I have uber eats and Grubhub anyway and they pay more so DoorDash doesn’t even matter. And if this app likes to give people free food and suspend good drivers then that’s their problem.

I’ve used DoorDash a million times. But what really urks me is the fact that DoorDash thinks they can raise the prices of food on their app. How is that even legal, you go to the website and the prices are ALWAYS cheaper. Plus the delivery charge and service fees and other BS they make their users pay just to have it delivered. Dashers are definitely not making that money so why and how is it legal to raise the prices of food on the app vs what the actual pricing is. DoorDash is a complete scam and steals from its users and restaurants themself by up-charging for food.
