The driver (Jai) passed the exit to my home. I asked her why…she gave me a mouthful. Told me if I don’t like it, go get my own food. I sent the text conversation to doordash, and requested my 12.00 tip back. (You have to tip before service) I sent emails etc. Doordash blew me off. That was the very last time I used doordash. I will never use them again. They aren’t the only game in town.

A garbage application. I did a double dash, i ordered a papa johns pizza and a 12 pack of coke from a store. It took my 10.00 pizza tip and gave it to the coke delivery guy along with his $5.00 tip and states my pizza was delivered also. I called customer service and they said ' sorry' theres nothing we can do so i'm out $50.00 for a pizza i never received.

Say they will contact you about refunds and never do. Horrible customer service and deliveries half the time.. not worth it.

Had charges put on my new card/without my permission. I called and was told it was refunded/ immediately. As it was pending on my card. Next day my bank charged overdraft fee$36 and plus the unauthorized charge. Called doordash and your representatives lied and said, they'd get a supervisor. They didn't. I have TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW- DOOR DASH IS RECKLESS AND STEAL YOUR $$$$.

Worst assistant ever things never comes on time and always the orders are screwed up. I don’t know if they checked the orders or not but the orders are never got to my place the right way if you ask for things they don’t come for example today they sent a gravy for a mashed potato, but not the mashed potato. How does that works? Also, they were supposed to send tenders which wedgies tenders got here. We got here so I don’t understand. What kind of system is this worst system ever.

Just had an aweful experience with your company. I spent $75 on a gift card for a friend having surgery to remove cancer. They got the email May 29th - I sent the gift card via text the 21st of April but it was not received. My friend texted today saying your company will not honor the gift card. She said she tried help online and over the phone and that your company needed to talk to me. She was so upset she asked I just get a refund. So I called. I was told a pin was needed. I asked where I could find that (I had my receipt for the card, the picture of the card, but could find no pin). I was told that the person I got the gift card for would have gotten the pin. I’m not going to call my friend who is upset from this whole experience to get the pin!!!!! So I asked if they could change the phone number where the gift card was sent to my number (which is also linked to my DoorDash account) I would get the pin and we could see if the card was valid. 22min later I was told that your company still needs a pin. Please copy the purchaser of the gift card the PIN number! How will you make this right?

After 10+ years of being a DoorDash customer, I finally deleted the app. I ordered item a and they continued to bring item b no matter how I notated the orders. And about the fourth time I request requested a refund they denied it. They said that I had requested a refund for this particular item too many times. I told them I would never have requested it any time at all except that every time I ordered it they always got it wrong. I asked them “what did you want me to do not report the incorrect item?” And of course they said they did not want me to do that, but that still according to their policy they are not to issue any refunds in this instance. Originally I did want my money back because I wanted to try and re-order item a again. But actually when they continued to tell me that they couldn’t compensate me, I started to get annoyed and told them that it’s not about that. At this point, I’m just annoyed that they think it’s OK to do what they did. Customers pay, get the wrong thing, and just have to eat it and smile ?

Today i did one order picked up at12.38pm, delivered and 12.53 in 15 minutes,completed in dasher app and left,but at 3 hrs I got an email regarding violation of late delivery, in that it's saying I have delivered at 2.41pm. Tried to explain customer service by calling, sending email and no progress in that. This dasher is absolutely waste when compares with other, so many technical issues and this won't survive if more challenges will come in field. Waste management in technical way

Awful. Tried to escalate a $6.37 refund on a $22 inedible meal and they couldnt help because i was already refunded $6.37 in the system

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I placed a pick-up order at Taco Bell through DoorDash (NOT delivery). When I went to pick it up, the food was already gone because someone else had taken it. Taco Bell confirmed directly to DoorDash that I did NOT receive my order. Despite this, DoorDash refused to issue a refund. So not only did I pay for food I never received, but DoorDash basically told me “too bad.” They were complacent in theft and did nothing to make it right. After this disgraceful experience, I deleted my account and will never use DoorDash again. Save yourself the headache—this company will take your money and leave you empty-handed.

These people are HORRIBLE!!! Put in an order from Panera,... it NEVER showed up. Called the delivery driver, Shaneen who told me "I delivered it, here's the photo!" Guess what Shaneen, NOT MY HOUSE in the photo you dumb ass!!! Call Door Dash, on the phone for 2 hours.

After an hour, no one had started shopping for my order yet!! I called for a refund & was told it would take 24 hours. That was yesterday. When I called back I was told 5 days. This is unacceptable.

Order was delivered in an Alley on an electric box according to the picture. We tried to look for it and it wasn't there. Called customer service and they bounce you to different people which they say can't help. How about you call your door Dasher and look at the picture they sent and you tell me if that looks like it was delivered to the door. Looks like it maybe a glitch in their system (GPS) that door dash needs to fix. Because we are not the only ones this happened to and dashers have complained also. Look it up you guys have an issue you need to fix because an Alley on a pole isn't delivering the product that's theft and when we tried calling the dasher it says number unavailable And not refunding the money or trying to hold any kind of accountability. Disputing the charge is your only option thank goodness there's pictures. Ridiculous.

Sadly this company gets to decide by photos if you receive a refund or not based upon their own standards. I know when food is overcooked and that I received what was leftover from Ruby Tuesdays. My food was less than lukewarm, dried out and lacked items described on menu. $7.45 out of a $60 order was their resolve. Dumpster diving would have been better. I gave one star because there isn’t an option for zero.

Door dash hire better people , I just ordered food from McDonald's a bacon double meal and ten piece meal and the person forgot to get my drinks as well as cold fries when I specifically said hot fries in my message and got the wrong burger
