“I did not receive an order that totaled over $17. Initially they said no refund and when I called offered me $9 back. The subtotal alone was $12.60. The $7 off the next order was still an insult as I shouldn’t have to pay anything for an order I didn’t receive”

“Driver left order at the wrong apartment door with clear instructions. I tried contacting them via calls and messages, but no answer. Incredibly unprofessional. Will never use DoorDash again. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund, but it will take some time to process.”

“Used this app for at least 8 years never had any problem till this year. Now all you get is people that dont speak English that has no clue where to deliver. Cant get a refund when was delivered to the wrong place . Door dash has been getting shady. I never get refunded for missing items or for orders that were not delivered. Last time i was told i would get refund 5-7 days waited and end up not getting it. I deleted my account and Uninstalled the app”

“Two orders, in less than 24 hours by the same Dasher, arrived in a shambles. A pizza with cheese on one side , definitely tilted and the second order also in a jumble. Totally manhandled.”

“I used this service and they had an address 2 states away where the food was delivered. After talking to customer service they refused to do anything about this even though they could see it was an error on their end per company policy. Ive deleted the app off my phone and absolutely will not ever use this service again. It's insanity they messed the order up and refused to refund the money or solve the problem in anyway. The consumer is left losing money and not receiving anything. Basically that's theft in my opinion and a business such as this should be held accountable for their mistakes when clearly it was an internal issue as acknowledged by the customer service representative”

“I placed an order for four items from KFC tonight. My plan was to have dinner in something left over for lunch tomorrow. Of my four items only two arrived. After contacting customer service, they simply said oh the two missing items were out of stock. Out of stock? You mean a two-piece chicken dinner and biscuit at KFC was out of stock. Do you think you could have contacted me beforehand so I could have changed my order or ordered something else? So, they only refunded me $7 of my $27 purchase and when I contact them they said that was all they could do and that that was supposedly Fair. This is just ridiculous!”

“Door dash is a terrible company. Long wait times, dubious delivery, and absolutely terrible customer support!! We ordered a $100 dinner through door dash from Saigon Spice while on vacation, and it was late being delivered, and all of the entrees were missing the eggrolls that were supposed to come on top, and the meat accompanying the dish was mostly fat and gristle. When we couldn't reach the restaurant, we turned to door dash for help. They sent an automated reply saying there was nothing we could do and they were denying our request for a partial refund. We appealed, trying to reach a real human instead of the auto reply, without success. We just kept getting the same message. We finally had to take it to our credit card company for resolution. I will never order from door dash again. Photos attached show all of the fat that was given instead of meat. And no eggrolls were included as advertised”

“My son's credit card was compromised and someone had set up a recurring account , he caught it and called them and they wouldn't do anything about it.. guess you can expect that kinda customer service since they are from California....”

“Rip off!!! I ordered a thirty two ounce drink with my meal and it was not delivered. On their own website DOOR DASH censors negative reviews to keep people from finding out how bad they really are. They are CHEATS!!!”

“I just received a wrong order and the person at the restaurant who was an ass told me to contact door dash. I did and I had a wonderful experience with the call center and got a credit. Hopefully that will work out”

“Horrible service. I waited 2 hours for my delivery. And they refused to cancel my order or give me a refund. Uber eats would have never allowed a 2 hour wait.. Never again will I use doordash.”
